9 people behind the counter at the Concord Mall(two managers) it takes 20 minutes for an order to be fullfilled.
Talk about extreme inefficiency. You want to create a conveyor belt of prep, but yoi end up with people just jumbled up and doing nothing.
Covid 19 has impacted everyone. The Concord Mall location has dropped quality like a rock.
The store lacks communucation between the cashiers and the backend.
I ordered a half of dozen cookied. My order came out and the runner took off without reviewing the order. I looked for the bag of cookies and it wasn't there. When I called the runner back over the discrepancy she didn't appear to have any concern.
"We ran out of cookies," she said. I was charged for them.
She went to the cashier who took the order. The cashier reacted like a 5 year old.
The runner went back. I waited. She ran back and forth with orders. She didn't stop to offer me any resolution. Another employee asked me about my concerns. She went to the back and the runner came back. She tossed me cash, apologized and ran.
My parents would have lunch there once a week. It was their romantic lunch in retirement.
I stop there just for my mom. It's a shame it maybe my last.

The place lost a star. AGAIN!! Your inept team cannot manage an order. You review the order but don't check it.
Your team lacks quality control.
Now, I won't eat here. I won't order from you.
I will avoid you and make the trek to KFC.
I'LL ORDER CHICKEN AT THE GAS STATION THAN EAT AT YOUR PLACE.

I've tried them 4 times now, and no matter how I oreder the chicken sandwich:
o 100% of the time I did not get what I ordered o The chicken slug was always skinny, not crunchy, and WAY dry o No amount of lubricants could help it slide down my throat o Asking for condiments like lettuce, tomato, pickle, mao, etc is difficult, costs allot more, and usually don't show up anyway o The food is HIGHLY processed! I am a diebetic, and my blood sugar spikes when I eat highly processed foods. At chik-fool-ya, my BGL goes off the charts o French fried waffles ... really? Whose ide was that! Yuk. Gimme MacDonalds and I don't even like their fries. Mine are better ;-)
Do yourself a favor, if ya need a fast food chic sandwich, go to Macdonalds, Burger King, or KFC. Thicker, crunchier,...

It tells me that they are getting my order ready and then tells me that they are bringing my order to the pick up location. I sit there for 5 minutes waiting for my food. I then call the store to inquire why it hasn't come out. On the voicemail it tells me they have suspended curbside service. THEN WHY ARE THERE 10 SIGNS AND SPACES FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE?! I go into the mall and there is a huge line and I wait another several minutes for my food. By the time I get my food it is very cold. If you suspend curbside service, then take down the curbside service signs, or place a paper on the signs to indicate service is suspended. Or call your customer to let them know that service is suspended. Really lazy to not take a few minutes to either lay the signs down or type up a note and place it on the signs to inform...
