China Express — Restaurant in Delaware

Worst customer service ever. Myself and a few of my colleagues had ordered from door dash and in total we had 16 items within our order. When we received our order there was only 15 items. After rechecking and making sure everyone got their food there was a full meal missing. We called the restaurant and explained the situation and the lady on the phone said that there was 16 items in the bags and I repeated myself with the situation and her exact words were “I’m pretty sure there is 16 items”. I explained to the lady again we are looking at all the items we only got 15, then I asked for the manager she said she was the manager so okay here I go again explaining the same thing “the manager” then proceeded to say maybe the DoorDash guy took it. So the manager accused the DoorDash guy of taking our food. Minding you there were three bags in total confirmed by the manager and they were tightly knotted so in order for the one container of food to be missing the bags have to be tampered with. So I ended that conversation since they said they can’t do nothing about it. And then they proceeded to call back and said to come in to check the cameras and kept on arguing back and forth with me. And I proceeded to ask the lady so the cameras show 16 items going into the bag. The manager then proceeded to say I’ll end the call here and I’ll see you here. I ordered the chicken egg foo young meal. When I went to home, I did not start to eat the meal until after the mall was closed. I found out that I had shrimp egg foo young instead of the chicken egg foo young. I got rid of the shrimp egg foo young because I have gout and I can not eat any shell fish. I went back the next morning to talk about my complaint. After stating this. I thought the owner said they could make me a new order of chicken egg foo young but there was no movement to put in the order. I asked what was going on and the owner said I needed to bring back the food order. A total of 3 times, I stated that I would have bought the food order back but it was after the mall had closed. This place was amazing their food and delicious I loved their noodles and theirs chickens,once I ate their I want to go there again cause there food is sooooo good that my family also enjoyed it as well. I also liked it when the orange chicken is not fresh because that when the food actually taste good and sweet I really would like you to go there and try. The comment that said they had a stomach ache and almost went to the hospital is lying because I been there ever since I was little and nothing had happen to me and I was super healthy.
