Worst experience I have had at a nail salon, and I go every 2 weeks, this was a new place for me being new to area. I asked for my current acrylic gel nail removed, a manicure and ombrĂ© gel on my nails prior to even being sat down. I was then asked again my the nail tech to clarify which ombrĂ© I wanted and I told her. 2 hours later she was putting some horrible bright pinkish beige base color with a bright white on the tip of my nail. She admitted then she didnât know what she was doing and went to get someone else. At this point ok frustrating because you shouldâve said you didnât know how to do it or wasnât confident and I would have chose something else for this time. I was asked if I wanted the new person to do the ombrĂ© or if I wanted color I told her color was fine but she assured me that she knew what I wanted from the multiple pictures I had showed both of them. She began I told her that it would due because at this point itâs been two hours but it was not what I wanted and didnât really look to good so far. Iâm not sure exactly what I would call this but itâs not exactly ombrĂ© and frankly ugly. I let them know politely that I wasnât happy with it at all but after so many hours for a gel manicure I was unhappy and needed to leave. I was not offered an apology or, a discount but instead charged $80 and asked for a tip for a gel manicure on my nails no acrylic with a color I will definitely being going somewhere else to change tomorrow hopefully people who know what they are doing. I am a very easy going person but I am completely insulted that they call themselves professionals but could not just say in the beginning that they did not know how to do ombrĂ© and then to take so long and mess my nails up so much and not even offer even a 10% discount but over charge for the service to begin with. And I will mention on top of this I still have the ugly bright pink all over the sides of my nails and 4 large cuts where the first person did the manicure in my cuticles that are terribly sore and Iâm not entirely confident she was using clean equipment. I would recommend staying far away...
Read moreI will not be back, and I am going to urgent care to try to ensure I do NOT get an INFECTION.
Thus was my first time here. The man used bail clippers to clip my nails, and cut/ripped OFF about 4 cm (four centimeters) of my actual nail from the skin!!! My finger bled for about 2 minutes straight, and it now has dried up, dark blood on my fingertip and under the fake nail tip the man out on top of it. My finger burns and stings sooo bad! It is really sore as well. I asked to wash my hands twice and the guy said no. I asked for the green liquid medicine to stop the bleeding (there is a green eye drop type of medicine , the color of the green mint rubbing alcohol that is used in nail salons for minor cuts and nicks).
However.. this was not a 'nick'.. my entire nail tip is completely GONE now!! I am so sad and hurt.
Then, the male nail tech did not listen to my request on the nail color I asked for, and decided to do his own thing. I asked for the literal, same exact opaque, pink color I had when I walked in. He said yes, and repeated 'pink' to me.. but put a transparent almost hot pink color on. When I mentioned that this is NOT the color I asked for, he said 'no worry, I will fix it' then proceeded to layer a cloudy greyish-white color on top of the transparent pink hue. So now my nails are a cloudy white color..
Also, not at all what I asked for, smh. At this point I was tired and over this whole disaster. I went to wash my hands, and there is nail and gel powder residue all over my fingers.. this looks sloppy, and poor quality. I attached pictures below
I was charged $85 for this full set. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment. Only the decent demeanor and nice decor is worth...
Read moreI have been to this location 3 times in total, and I will most likely not return. Visit # 1: The tech that did my pedicure cut my nails so low it caused pain. She could barely file them, or paint them. The tech that did my nails had a hard time painting my nails. The whole process was slow and painful. Visit # 2: I had a SNS manicure done, not exactly the color I requested but overall it was ok. Visit # 3: 7/19/23 The nail tech, had another nail tech standing over me while they gossiped about their personal lives and finances. My nail tech also asked the other tech if she had used the tools (the ones she was about to use on me). To which she responded âI used the other ones do to my nailsâ (pointing to another set of tools sitting on the table in a clear bag. My nail tech then pulls out a cuticle cutter from a green / clear bag that looked very unsanitary. Why I continued sitting at this point I am not sure. She wasnât able to file the nails correctly so she had another tech do it for her. After painting my nails, she walked to the registered for me to pay. I stood up to wash my hands, and asked another tech if they no longer offered a water soak, massage or a hot towel. The tech that filed my nails ended up doing the massage and hot towel (she was very sweet). Unfortunately, I will not be returning. There is not consistency, most of the techs seem new, and do not have the experience. The tech Stefani is not professional, and...
