Bricks & Minifigs Champlin — Attraction in Champlin

Recently visited this store and was very disappointed by the customer service. We stood next to the counter wanting to look at an item in the case for more than 5 minutes while the employee was more concerned about building something. He had to get the rocking horse to work. After finally getting is the item we looked around a few minutes more and then stood by the register again for quite awhile. Again that same employee was more worried about the rocking horse than make a sale. Thankfully another employee noticed us and came over to ask if we were ready to check out. While checking out the other employee came over to make sure we were charged the right amount for a mini fig. I have no plans to go back there anytime soon. Thankfully while visiting the other location the owner also owns in the Blaine the customer service was 10x better. I told the staff there they could give some lessons on customer service to the...

I had my daughter's 6th Birthday here. It was fantastic, the kids had a great time, the staff was helpful and kind and the party room was nice. The room had a car race track in it, the kids were able to build cars and race, we did ice cream cake (which I was able to store in their freezer in the party room) and gifts while kids were still able to build cars. They brought in 4 large bins of legos and wheels so they could build what ever they wanted. The kids were given little cups to fill with legos to bring home as a party gift! It was such a great afternoon and of course we ended up buying a few new legos while there as well! Thank you again to the staff that helped with getting things set up and helping the kids! It was such a great time for kids of any age! I know the parents that tlstayed at the party had fun too building and racing...

Bricks & Minifigs is the coolest place on Earth! Every time I go, I find awesome LEGO pieces at the pick-a-brick tables. It's like a treasure hunt! They have tons of retired sets already built, and it's so fun to see them all. My family and I have completed the Simpsons, the Muppets, and the Looney Tunes minifigure collections thanks to this store!

The custom build sets are super fun too. I love creating my own LEGO worlds with them. The staff is always nice and helpful, and they make the store feel like a LEGO wonderland.
