With all of the 5 star reviews my review might come as a surprise or even unbelievable. I’m not sure if anyone that has left a review is a lash tech but if not then there’s no way you would know if this is happening to you. When I got my lashes done here they looked great. Chau told me she’s been doing lashes for 6-7 years so I didn’t think I had to worry about any mistakes that a beginner would make. Chau is very kind, flexible, and has great customer service. But what came as a surprise to me was the mistakes that she made in her work. I am a lash tech so I’m well aware of how important it is to make sure you follow certain techniques so you DO NOT do damage to someone’s natural lashes. With her experience this should not have been a problem for her. When a fan would come of it would take anywhere from 3 to 5 natural lashes with it!! That means that some of those lashes weren’t ready to shed, they were pulled out at the follicle by force. When this happens there is a good chance they won’t grow back. When I brought this to her attention she basically admitted to knowing she made these mistakes but proceeded to do my full set anyway and let me leave knowing the risk of damage that could happen to my natural lashes. I have been going to lash beauty for 3 years. When I first met Chau, she did my eyelashes. The first time the best I ever had and she did my bottom lashes, and she told me that the bottom lashes, they might fall off a little bit earlier a little bit sooner, but they didn't. And it's been 2 weeks, and I went to Jamaica and came back and my eyelashes are still intact. I've been going to her for 3 years and I will never go to anyone else because she is the best. Her and her daughter are very good at what they do, and I love them. When people give bad reviews, she only refunds the money back to the person. Chau, was very professional, extreme care taken to promote safety (COVID-19) when Preparing the room before applying eyelash extensions. She did an excellent job at half the cost of others I’ve gone to. I have used Chau for three years now. Always dependable and highly skilled.
