RH Outlet Chandler — Attraction in Chandler

We bought a Parsons 96” Russian Oak table and 6 chairs. The prices were about the same as membership prices online when researching. However, they had a $25 off per $100 spent. You could also look at it as close to 25% if you’re mathematically inclined. The table we bought was almost perfect (one minor blemish). The chairs looked to be in great shape. Maybe purchased and returned? Not sure. I feel like we received good value with the 25% off. Even if the prices are on the higher scale side. If you’re in for lower prices, Mor is right next door. The quality appeared lacking next door, that’s why we chose RH.

Christina took care of us originally and had to head to lunch. She handed us off to Chris and it was seamless. Both of them were knowledgeable and friendly. Christina was especially patient with us we flipped between 3 tables. So thank you to both of them! They also recommended a moving company as they don’t do delivery. They did a great job at the store of wrapping the furniture and the delivery happened on the same day. Be sure to verify with the moving company that they won’t need another person. They charged us an additional $30 for an additional mover. YMMV.

Worst customer service I have had in over 20 years. It was honestly laughable how rude the staff were to me. Rita, my sales person (if you can call it that) was more like ‘I don’t want to sell anything to you lady’ gave me eyerolls, acted like I was an inconvenience to her leisure time when I asked for her help. I felt like she hated me when she eyed my up and down. So I decided I would try and win her over and there was no amount of happiness or cheer that would turn her around. Then the red haired ‘not’ gentleman was also rude and entitled. I finally said ‘listen, I’m just trying to buy a product from your store and I would really like to see if we could make that happen. Is there any way your team could try and make this happen for me?’ I could write a shot story of how comedically horrible my experience was. If the managers are reading this. It’s time to overhaul and teach your staff common courtesy...

I visited this store yesterday and overall was glad I did! There was 40% of the entire store yesterday and although I was looking for something specific, I did leave with a few beautiful things that I found. I was not greeted by anyone when I arrived or the entire time I was there, but I dont usually need help and ask if I need it. When I checked out, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of sofas, tables, chairs, lighting, bedding, housewares, rugs and some outdoor furniture. With a 40% discount on some already reduced items, I did feel the pricing was fair for RH. I would definitely visit there again when I am looking for something for my home! This store has a large warehouse feel, unlike the opulent store, but they still have some beautiful things for...
