Nippitaty Distillery — Attraction in Charleston

I’ve driven past this place many times, but never stopped in. But that changed last week when I had friends visit me from out of town. We decided to give Nippitaty a try and were NOT disappointed. The bartender (Ethan) was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the drinks. We sampled them all and fully realized that gin, done correctly, is incredibly complex and tasty. We are from Nashville so whiskey runs in our blood. This vodka and gin, however, was fantastic. Or distillery/bartender was amazing and incredibly friendly. As a local, he gave us ideas of places to eat and to visit. Oh, by the way, the gin and vodka were amazing too! We had a couple of cocktails, the Moscow Mule in the English Mojito were incredible!
