Beautiful! We went the first day of April when it was 50 degrees. There was still snow piled up on the shore, but tons of rocks just in front. We found some really cool rocks including several charlevoix stones and a petosky stone. There are a swing set and a tall metal slide that my kids enjoyed. The sand is beautiful and oh my these rocks are so cool. A really nice local man found some more stones for us and told us about the area. He said the beach is popular during the summer. There is another local beach that he said might be a bit better for little ones with more shallow water and no steep drop offs.
