BRIANNE ERRETT in salon number 40 , inside the Salon Lofts(in the Rea farms shopping center ) IS By FAR… THE absolute BEST hair Colorist, hair cuts, for men , women and children . Bri is the kindest , and very patient with children . she has been doing hair for 20 plus years. She also does, balayage/high lights , all over color, etc..and also has an absolutely wonderful line of HALO hair extensions also. Brianne is VERY reasonable priced, so you don’t have to “dig deep into your pockets “ for a simple root touch up , Or simple a trim/cut. Also. Her name is Bri Errett, she is inside @salonlofts in the REA FARMS shopping center . Between Providence road and also borders Ardrey Kell road. The name of her salon is noir_salonlofts , very easily accessible parking too. She has the same handle account (salon Name)..for IG ..if you’re on social media .. you can see so much more work. Then just one me. Bri, is truly an artist . She exudes .. she is in her element and that she absolutely LOVES being a stylist .She is a truly talented , gifted -professional and kind hearted human being. She is a GREAT listener. Horrible. The worst experience ever. This stylist named Tamila, did my haircut in Loft 37 it was a decent cut for which she charged 75$ . She said she’d do highlights well so I booked an appointment. She said, 150+40 for glaze. Today, she did my highlights, which was just atrocious. When I asked where are the highlights, she gave me multiple reasons and excuses, that, your hair is black, maybe you used henna, maybe you used Root touch up , so this is what will come. I’ve never used Henna in my life. I’ve had highlights done innumerable times and had a full lift of color every single time. She’s says, not with me, so first time with me, this is what it is. Didn’t apologize once. Charged me 215$ instead of 190 for partial face framing highlights with not an ounce of color lift. Didn’t offer to redo it. Refused to take a credit or debit card both times. Insists on Zelle only as a form of payment. How does Salon Loft allow such stylists to charge only cash or Zelle as payment method. Is this even legal without taxes. Scheduled an appointment with Kelly Golden at Rea Farms location (Loft #5) a few days in advance for hair wash & styling and received an email confirmation. This appointment was for my mother-in-law. When she showed up for her appointment promptly, Kelly’s loft was locked. My mother-in-law waited around for 20 minutes, but Kelly never showed up. Another stylist who was at the salon was kind enough to call Kelly, but she didn’t pick up.
