My daughter has been going there now for about 6 years she should be getting her braces off Friday I honestly can say this has been the best experience far as dental work in my life and her life especially her sh e's the one who's going through it.She has been through so much far as Dentistry is concerned. Not with you but she has had some bad experiences in the past with the dentist root canals that cost $1,300 for no reason because they did not give the correct treatmen And i remember having to take her scared in a snow storm just to get a shot in her gums to relieve the pain after the horrible work.. We made it 30 min before close due to snow A baby tooth that was pulled whenever she was almost 3 or so.. and not even sure if that was supposed to happen I've always try to take care of her teeth and that one tooth cause the whole journey to our Dental experiences with braces to get the tooth to come down and they referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon to help the tooth come down it was down in no time probably 3 weeks or so it's been an amazing journey I live an hour away we come about once a month or so to have her teeth adjusted and sometimes it's been hard I have to always ask off from work or take a day off without pay but I absolutely have nothing to complain about I have been so happy with greater Orthodontics in Chattanooga I could cry the amazing work that everyone has done I would not change anything everything has been so perfect. I love Greater Chattanooga Orthodontics. This is my second child to have braces under Dr. Aldridge. The entire office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would first like to speak specifically to high-level and 5 star quality customer service provided at the front desk. They do their job efficiently with a pleasant demeanor. This level of service is consistent throughout the entire staff especially Dr. Aldridge. In my precious experience, the doctor spends the least time with patients. This is totally NOT the case with this practice. Dr Aldridge is just as friendly, personable and engaging with her patients. She has always been completely hands-on. Dr. Aldridge makes you feel she is totally invested in each patient's treatment plan and results. She takes particular interest making sure the patient and parent clearly understand the treatment plan. Also taking the time needed to answer all your questions and address any concerns. Dr Aldridge has never made us feel rushed or thrown us off on a member of her staff. She is exceptionally caring and friendly for a doctor. My first child's results were exactly what she showed us, using the most advanced technology in the industry. My son's results were perfect! My daughter's issues are more severe, requiring surgery with a more complex treatment plan. I am totally confident I will be equally impressed with my daughter's results! Everything started out great. I 100% seen improvement in my teeth. But after the 1 year mark (when I was supposed to get them off) they told me I had to have them on longer and now I’m going on two years. I just recently got a bracket added to one of my wisdom teeth. That bracket I could feel digging into my gum right when they put it there. And I told them, and they responded with “we can’t really do anything about it. Here’s some wax” it has caused my gum to be rubbed raw. Do they expect me to wear the wax 24/7? Because that’s what I have to do for it not to cause me pain. I just got done with an appointment and they changed my bottom wire and they were touching my gum, and it hurt really bad. All I got was a small sorry. There was a wire sticking me in the mouth that I couldn’t feel because it is numb now. Only reason I knew was because I tasted blood in my mouth. They also pinched my lip or something. Because it was numb and had turned white. I didn’t feel them do anything though. But they decided to not tell me. I figured that out when I looked in the mirror when I got home. They don’t care. What’s the point of having braces if all they do is cause me to bleed, have swollen gums, be in constant pain, etc. i am 16 yrs old. My mouth is in constant pain and I can hardly eat.
