Lake Chelan Mail Boxes — Attraction in Chelan

Just an FYI... Dropped off an open box with 5 items in it on Jan.19th for an Amazon return, they all had the return copies attached to each item. I saw that only one item was scanned and told the woman that I had 5 items in the box, she dismissed my comment and said they would see all the other return copies when they opened the box. I have only been refunded for the one item and Amazon has no record, other than my request for return, of the other 4 ever being returned for the refund. I am now out over $200.00 in returns. I’m sure that these places get tired of Amazon returns but if I would have known this might happen I would have taken other avenues to return the items. Like, Driving in to Wenatchee to a real UPS store instead of going to a mail box store. Unfortunately I only have until Feb.1st to return the 4 items and they are probably...

HORRIBLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Had an Amazon package to return. I had the return code ready and a box. Went in, not even a hello. Explained what I needed to do. The man handed me a piece of paper and said I needed to call them for an RSA shipping label. I explained I live in my 5th wheel and don't have the ability to print it out.

If this man is the owner he has no business sense. To bad Chelan doesn't have another option. Me I will wait until we get to Wenatchee.

Normal business need to be able to use your services at the end of a day before 5 for federal express and it is most important on Fridays since you are not open until Monday at 9 and I need my paperwork sent out to be delivered by Monday I would support you being open until at least 5:00 on Friday and not hide behind the COVID 19 excuses open at 11 if working just...
