Horrible customer service! and cashiers lack basic math skills. I had never been so unsatisfied and disappointed in the way they treated me this last weekend. I placed an order of 3 small milkshakes when there was no line. My receipt said 5 pm on the dot. I went to wait by my car but keeping an ear out for when they would call my number, I noticed like 6 people order right after I did and so still patiently waited, I eventually made my way to the back were the pick up window was, PATIENTLY waited some more and by patiently I mean I waited and watched while all the other customers who ordered after me got what they had ordered, including food and drinks. Not once did anyone try to reassure me my order was coming and when I went to ask about my order they just said okay and closed the window on me and still waited some more ! My fiance was so upset by the way I was being treated even the customers witnessed and were saying how unfair it was. We wanted our money back. We had already patiently waited and was nice and the girl working there as the manager or supervisor whatever she is clearly needs training in customer service skills, she gave my fiancé the money back but only until he had to get upset and ask for our money back. She had a NASTY attitude and even told him he had to be nice or she wasn’t going to give us our order, at this point we don’t want anything but our money back. And just to let you know slamming the sliding window and making a scene in front of other paying customers isn’t going to do anything except break the window, and drive customers away because of how you treated us. Never again will I stop by this drive in, and I will make sure anybody I know doesn’t ever go unless they want to be treated like GARBAGE for...

This place rocked! If you read my review of the Marysville Sonic, this experience was the complete opposite! We ordered through the app, two cheeseburgers, a grilled cheese sandwich, a triple mack burger, onion rings, a bucket of french fries, and some pops and an ice tea. The triple mack berger and cheese burger tasted fresh and juicy with great flavor (with this establishments own flavor profile for its burgers), the grilled cheese was fresh with crispy grilled bread and well melted cheese like you would expect a grilled cheese to tast (not pre-grilled bread with cheese inside and reheated like the S place), the onion rings were crispy with a perfect light and flavorful coating and you could really tast the perfectly cooked onion inside, and finally the the bucket of fries that were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of seasoning. The only real detractor would be that the outside dining area and around the outside of the restaurant needs a good pressure washing as there are some stains from spills but a lot of dribble lines from leaking garage bags being dragged all the way to the dumpster. It would be recommended that if they were to use a tilt cart or a can dolly to transport the trash that that would not only cut down or eliminate the dribble lines but make it easier for the staff to transport the trash. Other than the stains it was a great experience with the convenience of ordering and paying ahead of time to the overall quality of the food, which FYI has stayed very consistent from the last time we visited 2 or 3 years ago, something the Marysville Sonic could learn from. Ok, to be fair the last time we were here was about 8 years ago and we only ordered shakes and ice cream but this time we were hungry so we got in line and when we finally got to the window to order we were told it would be a 30+ minute wait, we said we'd wait 💤 and so we started to order, the girl was having a hard time hearing us order but made sure she got everything we asked for, mind you it's a walk up window. Anyhow we finished and paid and walked around to the pick up window side and started our wait along with a small army of waiters already waiting. Slowly one by one the numbers started rattling off, and in no particular order, and the wait was long. Finally, our number was called out, we ran to the window to collect our prize and gathered up some extra napkins and ketchup packets in the box by the window, them headed to our car to sit in the a/c and finally eat. Our appetites were big and our expectations were high, unfortunately, the food wasn't as high as our hopes. The fries were obviously cooked a few minutes before our number was called, and all the burgers seemed to be low quality meat. The two saving graces were the large rootbeer and the vanilla ice cream we got for the kids. We did see some HUGE buckets of fries come out of there while we were waiting that seemed like they'd be delicious though. This place is cool and I'm sure the shakes and ice cream are still AMAZING and their saving grace but if you're hungry for great food...
