Riverwalk Books — Local services in Chelan

For the past few years, Riverwalk Books has been my favorite place to visit in Chelan. However, I was surprised and disappointed to return this year and see how much it has changed. It feels very sterile and empty compared to the cozy and whimsical atmosphere that it previously had. I feel as if all genres are lacking in inventory, particularly the children’s section. Marvelous little bookstore with a thoughtfully curated selection of books in many categories, in a cozy atmosphere. They also have a nice assortment of gifts and some toys. The children's department, upstairs, is worth checking out if you have young readers in your life.
