I've had great experiences with two people here I think the first guy is Richard (Glasses and long black hair) and most recently Jess in the copy department. Richard heard all my questions regarding trying to find a writing instrument that would write on plastic in a wet environment. It doesn't exist, but he walked me through options that may work and he really did try to think of all the options, I appreciated that. Recently I tried to get 2 copies of something quickly from one of you help yourself kiosk's which fail miserably, besides the advertisement, pre-charge, then not reading the usb drive on 2 different machines I was about to be late. Jess noticed I was having an issue jumped on the pc and got me taken care of in under a minute. I'm thankful. When you hire someone these are the people you're looking for. On a side note when did printers become luxury items? I hate comcast and now Epson, equally. The way businesses these days find new ways to nickle and dime their customers, like this, is pretty disgusting. It's bad enough their prices have skyrocketed this past year, or two. They can afford to provide paper bags to their customers. I don't know of any other business that charges for paper bags. Plastic bags since they have been banned here in NJ, yes, because we are stuck with buying those heavy duty plastic bags, not paper. I watch him help a lady who was stress and could not figure out the self-service copy machines. With the patience of a teacher, he calmly walked the lady through the steps. There was no frustration show just great customer service! It is rare to see someone doing their job with great care and efficiency. He was juggling a few other customers at the same time and could have easily left this lady floundering. He not only helps her with care but took care of the other 3 clients with the talent of an orchestra leader.
