I will always shop their as long as Ms Jackie is a sales person, I seen here do something that I have never seen any salesperson do, I love her sprite and it man me feel proud to be a Veteran serving this country . The out night I came into the store not knowing what I wanted and saw Ms Jackie push a wounded veteran around the store who had no legs and was trying to buy furniture for his new home she took her time and push him all around the store patiently letting him look at everything , you do not find sales people taking the time out to help a Wounded veteran ,it wasn’t about the sale but it was more about the service that she was giving him after his purchase she then helped him to his car and get in it and thank hunk for his service. This was a veteran who did not have any legs, her spirit was so great and customer service I did not want anyone else to wait on me I felt if she was giving a vet service like that she would be true about her sale. It was not so much about making money but honoring his service value city should be great to know that they have a sales rep like Miss Jackie at their Portsmouth store in Chesapeake I told all of my friends who are in the military. Their a woman out there who really appreciates our service and is kind and want to make sure you get what you’re looking for and the best quality. Once again I wind up spending a few thousand dollars in your store that night and the service I got was just as sincere as she gave the veteran wow I think I found a new friend at value city every time I go out looking for new furniture and look forward to coming back to value city and buying from Miss Jackie again she gives top-notch service and everyone seemed to love her people in my church know her name by heart and recommend her to everyone as well as myself once again thanks again value city for having a representative like Miss Jackie Davis it was my pleasure just to meet her as well as to...
Read moreMy friend and l were looking forward to having dinner at Outback. However, it was the opposite. First, there were no clean knives to serve most of the guests. Who'd heard of a steakhouse without clean steak knives? This also means we had to cut our bread with forks. Our appetizer arrived late, but we're given that free . Even though the waiter was apologetic and consulted with the manager, the manager never came to our table personally. Eventually, our food arrived hot and was basically tasty. My friend went to the bathroom and discovered it hadn't been attended to....In the future, I'll be hesitant to visit this Outback ... It's not of the...
