My first time shopping here and if it was possible to not give any stars I would. I needed electric scooters and per Google this was the only place that had them locally. This stores seems as if the Sales floor associates do NOT want to assist you if you do not speak Spanish. I waited over 2 hours for service. One employee (Young guy in a Santa hat) told me it was my fault for not staying in line”. I explained that I had been in line twice and both times after getting to the front of the line two different female associates told me to go wait over near the scooters and they would send someone. He then said “go back and wait for her to send someone”. Finally one young man assisted us after we stopped him as he walked passed and explained what had happened. He completed my purchase of over $1,100 in “will call” items (electric scooters) and 2 additional small items that I had in my cart. He gave me my receipt and told me to head to the front of the store to Will Call. The will call guy was friendly and told me I was able to come back the next day for pick up since I didn’t have enough car space. As I went to exit the store with the two smaller items on my cart the girl checking receipts refused to let me out of the store. My receipt listed all the will-call and the other 2 items. She told me I needed an additional receipt to exit. I asked her to call the man who assisted me and she said he was busy but she never called him. She just asked me to move to the side so other can exit. I waited for 10 min and asked her again to call him and she said did. I never see or heard her do so. She then proceeded to tell me how security would get me if I tried to walk out so I needed to wait. Another employee passed by and I asked him to call the guy who rang me up. He did go look for him and yet the girl at the door proceeded to reiterate to me about security and she would lose her job if I walked out with the one receipt I had (totally disregarded that all the items are on the receipt). I kept asking what other receipt was needed and she would not answer me. I asked her to cancel the cart 2 items and I’ll come back for the will call items. I was done at that point and another girl who was walking out said she would call a manager to cancel the items. She called a women over and this older heavy set women in a green shirt from the cash wrap area came over and rudely grabbed my receipt and said “I’m canceling your whole order”. I asked her for my receipt and she told me “no I’m canceling it so you can leave”. I asked her name and she said “No leave. I cancelled it”. Another employee told me where the manager was and when I went to her she told me would fix it but I need to calm down. I tried to explain to her what was happening. She was nice about assisting me with the reversal of the cancellation but didn’t seem to care about the treatment I was given. After she reinstated my order she told me to not listen to the girl at the door or the one who took my receipt (Green Shirt). When I asked for the woman in the Green shirts name she said that her name is Amelia. There seems to be no regard for service of English Only consumers. Read moreUpdating my stars to 3 because I had a good experience service wise today with Fabiola Cervantes in electronics and also Maggie in returns and Eduardo the manager maybe because me and him go back lol from past issues but Fabiola is the best employee I ever dealt with at this store since I been going there. She was so friendly and kind the whole way through and helped me efficiently with a smile the whole time
This store is the worst, the employees have zero people skills and know nothing about any products. Every time I go here I have issues with the staff, multiple times I have dealt with uneducated employees who talk back to customers like as if their your friends. I came here yesterday and a disgusting female employee made fun of my God telling me in a rude manner she don’t need Jesus christ and she is a atheist because she is a dyke. Like who talks like that to customers ? She should be fired immediately. I was going to spend 1,200$ but instead I walked out and will be closing my 3,500$ credit card their loss! Im sure that makes corporate happy losing sales! Lets not mention their shady pricing and weird brands they carrey. I was gonna book a cruise for 2 it was 230 pp they tried to charge me 1,200$ at the end lol because their shady fees they have! Plus apparently you have to have your coupon barcode or you cant get your discount or even get a adjustment later lol such a joke, I will also be calling corp to let this all be known as well!! I went in to buy party tables, i walked around found them very nice cuality what was out on the floor it was a cosco brand 6ft folding table , when i asked for a price match because walmart has them for $55 and they had them for $69.99 the lady said she could give it to me because the bar codes did not match nor the model number , long story short i argued it the lady said no my husband was already tired kids were rowdy because they kept taking there sweet time , i told the lady just forget it and to charge me the tables . When i got home and opened the table it was not the same table they had out on display !! I went back and the employees are looking at me like im dumb ! The table they gave had no brand it was cheap material and nothing like the cosco brand one i requested . When they went to confirm what i was telling them the lady who helped said all she can do is do a return. I told them to remove the table from the floor and to stop the false advertisement and till now they still haven't done it !
