They gave me a 20% off coupon but come to find out there are several manufacturers that will not honor that coupon and that is not fully known to you until you go to customer service and they refuse to give you a list of those vendors that do not accept the coupon and they encourage you to go online to check when it's clearly stated on the coupon to go see a customer service representative. The customer service representative was less than helpful and nearly rude with a condescending tone.

The PA started announcing the end of shopping 30 min before, then 15 min and at 8pm sharp. They also sent an associate to "flash out" the late shoppers. My complaint is that this associate's tone was very rude. She basically ordered me to stop shopping and also said that the registers are being shut down. It was exactly 8pm. I was still comparing and trying to choose between two items. But the associate turned around and issued the same order 30sec later. Tone of her voice was like teachers when they say "put your pencils down!". I really needed 5 more min to complete my shopping but the joy was gone.
