We opened an account here back in May. I have been in here a few times and have never been treated the way I was treated today. I had an out of the norm paperwork for the notary to fill out and sign. All she had to do was verify my license and social security card, write all the information in the paper provided (also provide was detail instructions) and then sign it. No notary stamp was needed. (I am being contracted thru a company to work for Wright Patterson AFB. my first government contract so I'm new to this. The blonde hair Notary teller was EXTREMELY rude. Refused to let me explain what I needed and shut me down saying "all I do is watch you sign your name" I said not for the government she said "well that's all a notary does" (mind u I had already waited in line for 6-8 people ahead of me to go) So I said fine I will go somewhere else. I came here to the US bank on Harrison Ave. And Aaron the notary here was very helpful. He listened to me then read the instructions WPAFB had sent and did what I needed I will NEVER go back in the glenway store again. I will go out of my way to go to the...
Read moreIf you've read any of my reviews, you know I'm often tough on US Bank. But today, I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO GO TO WESTERN WOODS BRANCH ON GLENWAY AVENUE! I'm guessing there's only one Jordi at this branch but if you have a way to clone him, it would be worth the investment. He was proficient, professional and pleasant to the 10th degree. He took care of my business, didn't complain that they took extra time, was quick and witty and, without missing a beat, continued to greet people as they came in - even though his branch is undergoing a remodel and the place is a little tough to navigate. Thank you Jordi! You have raised US Bank up a notch in my book. Continue to shine...
Read moreThe worst customer service experience I have ever had. that sign tells you you must go to the other door on the other side of the building to enter. However it doesn't tell you which side to go on only says the other side it turns out at the back of the building. then you have to stand at the doors to wait for them to open because they're only letting them certain amount of customers in. There were no customers in the lobby whatsoever but I was not admitted in. I wound up having to go stand in line behind fumes of cars to try to do a transaction which unfortunately could not be done. Apparently wire transfers are a problem these days. It seems this pandemic has given everyone lucky enough to still have a job, an excuse to do it with...
