They’ll cancel your reservation and tell you to get in line:
I had a set class reservation for a month and they had to cancel it due to maintenance on the furnace (totally reasonable) but instead of allowing me the opportunity to reschedule sooner than the general public, which I felt was a reasonable request being I paid several weeks ago and they canceled on me, they instead refunded me and asked me to schedule a new appointment online myself - essentially asking me to get in line. Lost a reservation that was meant for an anniversary and had to scramble for plans at the last minute.

And John, guided us through the actual glassblowing process, was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable while creating our ornaments.
Already thinking about going back to try other designs! Highly recommend to...
