My daughter and I have been getting our eye exams and glasses from Luxe for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. The staff is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are patient and really want you to find the glasses that you are going to be the most happy with. Sometimes we have a tough time making up our minds about what we want, but we have never felt rushed there. They'll actually bring us more options to try on based on our comments instead of pushing us to decide on something that we were already looking at. Their exams are fantastic and thorough and we've actually learned a lot through our appointments. The doctor at Luxe has made helpful suggestions about eye drops and screens that were more helpful than anything we had gotten from the doctor at the big medical complex that we had been going to previously. It has a very upscale trendy vibe, but even when I walk in wearing leggings and a sweatshirt and head for the least expensive glasses they sell (which are surprisingly affordable and still amazing quality) they still treat me like a VIP customer. My tough to please 14 year old loves everything she has ever gotten there and always comments about how nice everyone is. After the glasses come in they really take the time to make sure that your glasses fit exactly the way you want them and that you are completely happy before you leave. As someone who has needed contacts or glasses, their entire life, I have never ever had such detail oriented service before. I typically wear just contacts because I never like the glasses I pick out so for over 13 years I’ve been wearing contacts. I felt like it was the first time that an eye doctor actually understood what I was going through with my horrible eyesight. This is the first time I had an eye doctor not rush my exam and give me such a welcoming space to ask any questions. 20+ years of going to the eye doctor, this was the most thorough exam I ever had with full detailed explanations on any questions I had. Then when it came down to picking out frames/explaining the glassware/packages Robert really explained it ALL. I was going to just order my contacts after my exam, but Robert really swayed my perspective on glasses. He helped me pick out the most wonderful Gucci frames that I felt so confident in… goodbye contacts 👋🏻 When I came back from my fitting when my glasses arrived, they were so mindful on how I felt about the glasses and how they sat on my face. I am now a full-time and confident glasses girl. I am so glad I took a chance on this place because they exceeded my expectations from the beginning to end. This review is a few years too late, but needs to be shared nonetheless!

As someone with poor vision since a young age glasses were a necessity and growing up I never saw the possibility of a fashion aspect to them.I always reserved that for sunglasses in my mind.

My wife shared this store with me after her wonderful experience. From Ryon, his staff down and back up, each person is more wonderful than the last. The attentiveness to customer needs and desires are second to none. From arrival you are included like a family friend or even a family member. Some of the frames may carry some sticker shock, but the quality of glasses offered is phenomenal. Personally, I’ve put my JMM’s through hell and they keep asking for more. Ryon and his staff have made purchasing glasses and eye exams such a wonderful experience we probably visit too often and splurge! Just recently, Mikey helped me pick a new pair and customize it in a wonderful way I couldn’t conceptualize without his professionalism.

We have since moved to the Boston area but we make sure to keep our business with Luxe. If all customer based exchanges were like Luxe’s the world would be a better place.
