Witch Hazel — Local services in City of Beacon

What a sweet little shop, run by a lovely person...

I bought a fragrance here I absolutely love (and I'm VERY discerning.) About a week later, I dropped it and shattered it, all the fragrance ended up on my bathroom floor, completely unsalvageable (though my bathroom smells great).

I called and asked to have another held for me until I returned from a trip. When I went back in, I told Jill the owner I tried to look on the bright side which was that I was supporting a small, local business again :). I know how it is, as I owned a shop myself for six years.

Jill was so kind and without me requesting anything, she gave me a nice discount on the new bottle and a really wonderful body oil as a "consolation prize."

I will definitely be coming back for more gifts for myself and others. Also excited for her to expand her dried flowers section! Love this store, great vibe, products, and customer service. Thanks so...

Witch Hazel is a jewel on Beacon's Main Street. Jill has created an inviting peaceful space filled with thoughtfully curated offerings. She is knowledgeable on every item she carries and happily answers any questions I might have about a product. Some of my favorites to stock up on here are literally anything Rituel de Fille, Bkind nail polish in the shade Perle, and Ursa Major Golden Hour Recovery Cream among many, many others. Jill is also an incredibly talented floral design artist. Her work is showcased in Witch Hazel as well as many of the shop windows in Beacon! I stumbled across this store this store today and I am so glad that I did. What a beautiful store and beautiful owner. The store is well organized and clean beauty or skincare products are displayed with testers!! It is rare to be able to sample a clean beauty products before you buy it. I absolutely love that Witch Hazel offers this. They have really great products that I am familiar with or have heard of but also gems that I never knew existed.
