Casa Bella Furniture — Attraction in City of Glen Cove

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. Trust me, save yourself the headache and do not shop here. I put a deposit down for an expensive set that they told me they had in stock, which was definitely a lie. ETA for this set was 2 months out, they were going to sell me a cheaper item that looks just like it or a defected floor model. Or from what I am hearing, they are known to lie about having things in stock and when the time comes they give you the run around and tell you to choose something else. They just want money. Once it was brought to my attention by several other furniture stores, I decided to call them to cancel the order and get a refund. I should have known they were crooks because they first told me over the phone the set was $3899. Someone else called me an hour later with a made up story about a new employee giving me the wrong price and It was actually $5699. Keep in mind, there was no furniture ordered by them or even delivered as yet when I gave them the deposit of $1000. I called them back literally the next day to cancel. The head crook Mohammed told me I’m not getting any money back and that I actually owe him money. We had a heated exchange where he threatened me about keeping my money. He even text me from different numbers taunting me about giving me a free vacation if I take the furniture from him. Legal action is definitely in place so I’m Not worried. Please do not ever shop here. Mention Casabella the glen cove location to any furniture store you go to in the queens/long island area and they will warn you about these crooks and pending lawsuits against them. Mohammed I know you’re reading this. I hope all the hardworking people you and your crooks continue to scam was worth it. Your business will NEVER flourish. Karma does not discriminate. Keep it up!

I am absolutely speechless as to how terrible my service was with this store. I ordered a desk from them on September 11th and it wasn't delivered until today October 15th. They told me it would be a 2 to 3 week wait for my desk which is absolutely fine. 3 weeks past and I had not received any calls from them. Finally I called them up to see what was going on and they told me it would be another week. Every time I called them I had to wait for them to call me back to have some sort of an answer. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from them when I walked into the store and one of the employees was laying on a couch on his stomach. Well fast forward to today when they said my desk would arrive either this afternoon or tomorrow. When I place the order I told them that I would need someone to remove the old desk that was in my bedroom to make it fit. Well I called him up today to see if they are going to bother showing up with my desk because they didn't decide to call me and they tell me they can either deliver it in 30 minutes or tomorrow morning so I told him go ahead and deliver it today. One poor boy shows up in a U-Haul Van with a desktop probably weighs at least 60 lbs and he had to carry it up my stairs by himself which caused him to scrape up his hands entirely while trying to lift this heavy desk up my stairs. He couldn't assemble the desk because he couldn't remove the Shelf because he was put on a two-man job by himself it was completely unfair to him. I felt absolutely awful for him. I am so speechless by my experience with them that I will never ever shop...

So I bought $3,350(In cash) worth of furniture from this place. Every item I purchased was already in the store except the Love Seat. Prior to me purchasing the sofas, they already belonged to a customer and he cancelled their order to give me the sofas. I believe he did that for me because I paid cash. Furthermore, I was told 3 different delivery dates for my Love Seat. The last date I was told was 11/19/20. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited until Monday which is today. No one from there store tried to contact me for an update or anything. My original delivery date was 2-3 weeks after 10/8/20. Then it went to 11/12/20, then 11/19/20. I do not recommend you by any furniture from this store unless they already have it on sight. If they have to “order” it, don’t do it. I also noticed that the reviews that have one star, they respond by saying they have no record of the person buying from their store. which is why I will post my receipt. Moreover, I found this store on Facebook, saying they have been going out of business for the last two years. Which is false and it is a way for them to make sales. Now with all of this being said, I gave them two stars because the product is actually decent. The staff are just a bunch of liars and will say and do...
