Staples — Attraction in City of Glen Cove

Have been disappointed with the quality of their holiday photos for some time now. They usually print way too dark. Shame on me for tryign them out again this year. Went to pick up my order and the photos on the front side of the card had a greenish tint to them, and the photos on the back side looked great. Rather than trying to reprint (just one even) on a different setting I was simply told that the machine tends to print images with a green tone. What does that mean? How is that acceptable?? So now I have to try other Staples locations or go to another printing facilty. Unacceptable and corporate will be contacted.

UPDATE: Staples in Garden City were able to print them the way they should be. Took the time and had me email them the pictures directly as JPG files, and we made the holiday card together on their computer. Unfortunately because of the lack of troubleshooting in the Glen Cove location, I am now still waiting for pictures to be ready in...

Placed an order this morning for same day pick up. My confirmation said the order is ready at 8:30am. I placed the order at 9:38am, so how does that make any sense? I called the store to ask for an estimated pick up time, so I don’t have to drive there and be disappointed, and the guy who picked up couldn’t help me and put me on hold for 20 something minutes until I hung up and finally called back. They transferred me twice before the manager who finally picked up had a severe attitude and kept trying to gaslight me that I wasn’t waiting that long. Horrible experience for a literal 50 print of postcards. Won’t be going back!! I will stick to manhasset printing. No wonder everyone orders online.. and everyone complains how they...
