I stayed here for 2 nights, and I have mixed reviews. I booked my trip through priceline a few months prior and paid it in full. There were some issues at check-in where they said i hadn't paid, but the manager helped me, and it was resolved quickly. If I was rating the place on that interaction alone, I'd give this place 100 stars. The manager clearly likes her job and has empathy. She was a pleasure to work with. The hotel was really nice. The room was great! I stayed in a smoking corner jacuzzi suite. Since it was a smoking room, there were obviously some cigarette burns on the furniture. I was impressed by how good the room smelled being in a smoking room. I wish they were a little more forthcoming on the view. I stayed on the 8th floor, so my view wasn't good at all. However, I'm sure you'd look over the falls if you're in a room higher up (it goes to 24 floors). The restaurants inside were good and not overly expensive. The buffet is really good. Now for the casino... this one isn't the best. There aren't many different options for slot machines. It's a bunch of the same ones. My players' card hardly ever worked, and I'd have to insert and reinsert multiple times before it took. Some wouldn't take at all. It was frustrating and killed the mood. I only gambled $40 because of this. They give you $15 play money when you first sign up, but my husband and I both would start playing, and the $15 we had was nowhere to be found. Even after going to the promotional kiosk to confirm we had the money, it only let us play in the cash we inserted. The drinks are free while you are actively gambling. I recommend you put money in the machine and get free drinks as my husband and I paid $20 for 2 drinks when we weren't playing. The other thing I didn't like was that there are a lot of locals that hang out there. The staff know them by name, and they are comfortable enough there to mess with tourists. I didn't feel welcomed by them. In fact, one lady accused me of touching her machine and tried to make me give her money. She picked the wrong tourist. That being said, the neighborhood surrounding is awful. The area looks like a shell of something that used to be beautiful. I hope the city/state invests in improving that area. Niagara Falls is a beautiful, powerful, natural landmark that deserves to be admired. She deserves better surroundings. We need to take a lesson from Canada and build...

It was clean, fair sized, neatly arranged and organized. Seemed to be plenty of parking for a mid-smaller sized casino. I did notice it was non smoking, and rather quiet as casino's go. Part of the reason- not many people were hitting jackpots. Those machine were too tight for my liking... Nice sports betting area, and a good bar. Plenty of tvs to watch sports on as well. There's a high priced steakhouse on the 2bd floor. A much lower priced (but still pricey @32.00/person) buffet. I will say the food at the buffet was 99% excellent.. pizza was some of the best I've had in a while. Salad bar was well stocked, as was the Chinese food section. No sweet/sour sauce though... American food section was great, although the rather large sections of beef in gravy did not exactly come apart with a fork. The chef sliced ham and brisket was MARVELOUS!!. Shrimps were excellent, and in the Chinese food section, there was a dish with positively HUGE shrimp. In the dessert dept, cheesecake and Boston cream pie looked excellent. Oatmeal/raisin cookies were great, as were the chocolate chip cookies. My wife liked the raspberry pie. They had cream and other desserts as well. It was a well spent hour+ enjoying various foods. Waitresses were very good, no one tried to rush us or anyone else out the door. BERY ENJOYABLE MEAL!! This casino would have gotten 5stsrs if the machines paid out more. The manager, Maracelle, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was seated at 7:20pm, had to go to her and ask her to have them put food out. The entire Mediterranean section of the buffet was empty, and my kids were hungry. She finally had them fill the trays. By the time I got my kids some plates and then got to get my food, it was almost 7:30p. 10 minutes after that, I finally get a drink order in. 15 minutes after that, I'm being told food is being pulled, so get it now if you want anything. I asked for a refund due to the fact that I had only had a few minutes to eat, and this was supposed to be a buffet. She refused and told me she wasn't going to do anything for me because I complained when I came in, and she didn't want to do anything. I asked for a higher manager or the casino manager, she told me no. She gave me a number for someone who didn't answer. God forbid I expect food...
