My name is John and I have a local business here in Niagara Falls. I’ve eaten at a lot of places down here in the falls and have a very particular taste. the food here was absolutely top notch in my book. It is a family owned and operated business. They are some of the nicest people I have ever had the privilege to know. The service is friendly with a smile and they always try to Feed you more before you leave lol. I left there with a huge smile on my face and my belly full. I’m overwhelmingly satisfied. I would highly recommend this business not only because they Have the best Indian food in Niagara Falls but because of the way I felt going there. My first time experience at the India Fusion food truck was absolutely delightful. The aroma of the spices filled the air as soon as I approached the truck, making my mouth water in anticipation. The menu offered a variety of fusion dishes that combined traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist.

I decided to try their indian nachos and they were phenomenal. Each bite was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more. The food truck staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The portion size was generous and the prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, my first experience at the India Fusion food truck exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to go back and try more of their mouthwatering...

Edit: Wow. I didn't know the owner was so sour about reviews. I wasn't sick and the 2 other people with me also felt the same way about the food. The cook who was a lady who served us agreed about the bad food quality and replaced one of the dishes with something else that was at least edible. I can't even cook and i make better food than this food truck.

The sambar tasted like dal. Vada was barely cooked and the lady offer to make paratha instead of the vada. The paratha was tasteless with barely any aloo in it and a whole lot of butter. I am an Indian and love both south Indian and North Indian breakfast and this was made by someone who does not know how to cook.
