Craft Company No.6 — Attraction in City of Rochester

I used to love shopping at Craft Company #6 for gifts and for something special for myself. Went in today Because some earrings that they sold me broke. They refused to assist me with either a store credit or replacement. They only gave me the artist information not including the phone number. They really just did not want to hear anything from me about what happened. And it was no fault of my own it seemed to be a defect in the earrings. They no longer carry the artist in store but that really is no concern of mine. I bought them in good faith from Craft Company #6. Luckily I was able to find the artist on the Internet and contacted her directly. Needless to say craft company number six has lost my business I will not be returning.

What a unique shop. My wife and I literally stumbled on this store looking for a urn for our cat that had suddenly, and unexpectedly, passed away. So we were trying to find something and stopped here. We didn't find an urn, but instead we found friendly staff, a background story about the site and its location (it's in an old fire station dating back to when horses pulled the water carriage) and very unique items ranging from wind chimes, to place settings, to jewelry.
