Playland Market — Attraction in City of Rye

Insanely expensive, rude staff and they can't even make a sandwich right. When a chicken parm comes out to $13 the least they could do is make it so all of the cheese doesn't peel off with the wrapper. Every sandwich I've gotten from them they have found some new and creative way to mess it up. They also just make up prices for things as they go. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Edit as of 07/30/23 I decided to come back after about a year of not going here, I figured I'd see if anything has changed. I ordered a #25 roast beef sandwich with some basic stuff on it and asked to switch the sweet peppers for hot peppers. They decided that warrants a $2.75 increase to the price of the sandwich. Used to be alright, now they have horribly rude employees. The sandwich guy gave me an attitude when I ordered my sandwich. Then I find out after I left he put way too much honey mustard (which wasn’t even honey mustard) on my order. Completely drenching it, made it messy on purpose, as if. Then the check out lady was joking the whole time with her counterpart, while cashing me out, as if I didn’t even exist. Didn’t say anything just smirked at me. Then the orange juice I bought turned out to be expired. I really can’t believe how bad this experience was and I’m going to broadcast it everywhere I possibly can. Never again! Who owns this place? The two creepy guys there? Last year got a tuna sandwich that wasn't very good, thought I'd try again. Place was empty. Man behind deli counter wouldn't even stop what he was doing to greet or take an order. Someone else came in to pick up their sandwich they'd ordered and he told them he didn't know how to make a turkey club. After waiting on a non-existent line, gave up at deli counter, grabbed something off the shelf, guy at register had some type of foreign accent and made me very uncomfortable, big guy, looked more annoyed at having to help me than appreciative of business.
