We had the most terrible customer service ever on 7/8/25 in the Watertown NY Staples at around 5:15 pm. If I could give no stars I would!! We went in to make 1 copy done , however it needed to fit on a smaller form. (It needed to be made smaller) we went to counter by print area. One worker there sitting doing something? We stood there and had to ask for help? and she finally looked up, my husband told her what we needed and she said I cannot help you now? I have to much to do. He said I just need 1 thing done she said I canât do it, you can come back in a day or so? But not today. We stated we had an appointment and needed it now 1 copy made smaller. She said you can pay to use machine and do it yourself. We had no idea how to do it ourselves thatâs why we came in! We are older and technically challenged. She did not care and was useless and had no customer service skills. I went to customer service area near exit a guy worker was there ( no customers etc there even) I asked if he could help us make the one smaller copy we needed. He stated I donât do that ??he was absolutely no help and walked away when I was talking. I then was not happy and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said he was the only one there and nothing he could do and walked away ignoring us!!! I said this is ridiculous! No one wants to work or help anyone! I stated you have lost 2 customers and he didnât care or even give an apology! Worst customer service ever ! Store not busy and no personality customer service people who obviously hate their job! Wonât be long and this business will be closed with horrible customer service and actions like these 2 employees! We walked out and will never be back!! We googled another place found the UPS store on Bradley Street. We were greeted when we came in and the women customer service helped us and accomplished what we needed in less than 5 minutes from coming in the store and paying and out! The two people there super friendly and were pleasant! And it only Cost us .64 cents. If you need something done go to the UPS store they do all sorts of different things and no attitude.    Read moreI went to Staples to print a simple email from my phone. When I got there there was one lady ahead of me and when she finished I was my turn of the counter the gentleman told me that they no longer print them there that you have to go to the printer and follow the instructions on the little business card that's printed there. He did take my email opened it and put the attachment to my downloads. I'm not tech savvy with this I go there I follow the instructions which says there and then it's telling me to drop the file which I have no idea how to do that I didn't have to get my file from there to the email section and I couldn't get to my downloads from the screen that I was on. After half an hour and the man walking back and forth and I'm telling him I don't know how to do this and it looks over my shoulder oh just follow those instructions just follow the instructions well I'm having trouble following the instructions. By now a half an hour has passed and now there are five other people waiting to use the printers I'm on One somebody else is on another and I'm kind of holding it up because I'm not printing anything and still getting no help so I go to the store manager who's a young kid I asked him who else does printing where I can go and get this email printed because he's obviously too busy walking around to help. This man is like I don't know I'm a store manager I don't know about the printing over there I don't know who else office these services how do you run a store like this and not know who else does the same thing that you do I don't get it. Luckily the cashier that was up there used to be the gentleman who was in The print area who in my opinion that's who should be the manager of the store and he's like he can help you do that I said well he's not I said I'm here over half an hour trying to print it and I got everybody behind me waiting to use the machine so he told me to go to the UPS store kudos to him.    Read moreI went in to do an Amazon return and the older lady that was there wasnât very nice. I went to the wrong part of the counter because itâs not clearly marked and Iâve never done a return with them before. She started the transaction out with âJust for future reference you need to go to that side of the counterâ. Ok. Then she goes âSee if you had gone to that side Iâd have more room to do your transactionâ. I asked her if she wanted me to go to that side of the counter and she said no that she was already done with it. And then she went to the printer and was like here youâre done. So instead of the remarks maybe you should have let me go back to the other side of the counter and not made a big deal. I work at a customer service desk, I know people can be trying but I am always nice and not rude to people unless I match...
