ZAGG Westchester Mall — Attraction in City of White Plains

I Absolutely, LOVE ZAGG!! I’ve been going to The Westchester Mall for a quite a while now. But never did I notice ZAGG, until two years ago.

One day during the Holiday season, I was shopping around in the mall and I began to notice ZAGG. I decided to check it out and I was pretty AMAZED!

Tim, took me by surprise and put a New screen protector on my phone, as I needed a new one at that time.

Earlier today, Tim contacted me yesterday about another New screen protector that came in, being that it was on back order.

I told him that I’d come in today for it, & I did! I let him take the previous one off my phone and put the New screen protector on. I was SO. VERY, HAPPY!!

It took a while for Tim to get the screen protectors in. But when he contacted me about it, he made my day!

Tim Really knows what he is doing when repairing iPhones, iPads, Etc. Even cleaning phone screen before putting the screen protectors on.

Tim is the BEST!! I will Definitely return!

ZAGG is Most Definitely...

I love Zagg products. I’ve been buying them for years. From screen protectors, cases, to power banks. I came to this location today to try and return or exchange a case I bought at a different Zagg location. Tim was very dismissive and immediately told me I couldn’t return or exchange the product there and I had to go back to the original location. How convenient for him. He didn’t even let me finish asking my question because he proceeded to talk over me. Not to mention Zagg representatives come to my job and recommended to go to this one because of how “great” it is. Located on Retail Level 3 in the Middle of the mall steps from the Apple Store.: Timothy Krug has everything you need for your new or old devices. He is very nice, and does an excellent job placing Zagg Glass Protectors on devices, has many great cases, and even cleans your old device to make it brand spanking new😀 All Zagg glass have free replacement under warranty.
