I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Yonkers Harbor Freight. I came in to make a return 25 minutes before closing, well within business hours, and was refused service by Steff, the closing manager, and Ebony, the cashier.
When I asked why, I was told simply that they “didn’t want to take any returns.” There was no valid reason provided, just a flat out refusal to help because it was near closing time. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive service during posted business hours.

Read moreThe staff in this store is pathetic. I was planning to buy power tools using promotion and after 20 min of their suffering because they didn't know how to put items together I gave up and left the store without any purchase. HF you got a great business model and we all know what we're going there to get. You don't have to gussy it up it just makes everybody...
