On my birthday i decided I want to treat myself to some Victoria secret goodies, immediately as I walked in, vibes were off. No sales person available, walked around the store twice but didn't see anyone. Moments later i see all of the sales associates standing in the fitting room. I had to walk to the register to ask for assistance, it so happens that the young lady was in training but she tried to assist me but everyone she called was unavailable. As I questioned why there were 3 associates in the fitting room and none on the floor, an associate walked out and was rude and unprofessional when I wasn't even discussing anything with her. I spoke to the manager and called customer service to report this store because I have NEVER EVER dealt with this type of service in any Victoria secret store and it is unacceptable. At around 3:45 PM on June 26, 2025, while shopping with my friend, a security guard followed us around the store, assuming we were stealing—even though we clearly had shopping bags and money on us.
When we confronted him and asked, “Why are you following us?”, his response was simply, “I’m doing my job.” But it was clear his “job” only applied to us — despite there being multiple other customers in the store who were left alone.
