I feel really bad writing this review because the manager was very professional and apologetic about his rude staff but, STAY CLEAR OF HERE,
I entered this store at 9 pm and was told by the short cashier girl, as I was ordering at the kiosk that everything wasn’t available ( which this whole situation could’ve been avoided if she used her head and said to order with her instead of kiosk but I guess that’s why she works there, full shade * ) so before ordering on the kiosk I looked and saw the items I wanted were there however, the staff was packing food for themselves so it was gone just as the order was going through, one of the other workers told the cashier girl if she had told us some items were not available to which in ears distance explained she did while cursing and condescending us THE CUSTOMERS, so trying not to make a big deal of everything, we asked for a refund which they brought the manager ( who again was great and professional ) offered to make us what we ordered and while finishing up, another employee tried to get the last of food FOR HIMSELF, that we already paid for, the manger had to bicker with him while the employee made us seem like the problem …. Overall horrible service, great manger, horrible employees, if the manger is reading this please fire those employees don’t let them embarrass you!

I am greatly disappointed with my recent dining experience at Panda Express cross county. My initial excitement about trying Panda Express for the first time quickly turned into frustration.
The customer service I received was subpar from the beginning – I was charged for my order, and upon receiving it, I discovered that crucial items, such as rice and chicken teriyaki, were missing. The subsequent 25-minute wait, along with other customers, only added to the dissatisfaction.
When my order finally arrived, it was a small chicken teriyaki, but to my dismay, the chicken was completely raw. This not only ruined my meal but also made me sick. Additionally, the rice was distasteful, further contributing to my overall negative experience.
Given the severity of these issues, I have decided that I will not be returning to Panda Express in the future.

Read moreI usually order through Uber Eats, but I was in the area and figured I would pick up. I placed my order maybe 10-15 minutes before getting there, and it was super telling when I arrived and another woman who was super irritated about waiting so long for her food; literally everyone who walked in and got on line, was able to get their order before her.
Then when she left, I ended up in her exact position; waiting for my food while they served people who had just walked in. When I asked, one of the servers told me I needed to wait longer…
It was until I spoke up more that someone else was able to just fix my order in minutes.
