My wife and I spent most of this summer researching and pricing options for new kitchen countertops. This included visiting box stores, dedicated kitchen remodeling showrooms, counter top manufactures, having in-home visits and quotes, you name it. We looked at laminates, quartz, natural stone and other hardtop material. No company or product stood out until we scheduled a visit with IES Granite. Abel arrived at our home on time and ready to treat our kitchen project like his own. We settled on quartz countertops, well priced, great quality and in the color scheme we wanted. At his suggestion, we used excess material from the cut slabs to extend, accent and enhance the backsplash beyond the counter to the stove and surrounding wall. We were able to add a pullout double trashcan cabinet in the previous void between the stove and lower cabinets, covered by the new countertop. We also added a floor to ceiling wall cabinet, removing a freestanding microwave stand. Abel sized this cabinet to our exact measurements, adding new functionality and storage space to our kitchen; it fit perfectly. Total time less than four days from old counter removal and prep to complete installation. IES Granite definitely provided a five-star experience for us. PS: This kitchen worked out so well I asked if they did flooring. I had already purchased the tile and material for a the floor in the master bath.
