Decided to go out and support a small business today for dinner saw the stars and picked the Tamale Guy in Claremont big mistake. The young lady at the counter first of all was horrible! We bought tamales decided to try them right there only to find a sticky gooey almost cream of wheat mush texture new something was very wrong. Took them back in to the young lady as she told my husband just ate one today and mine was fine!!!!!! My husband then said I buy tamales out in San Fernando Valley at the Gourmet Tamale Factory for years I know quality never once in 11 year had one bad tamale .
