Minnie Nail Bar — Local services in Claremont

Came here looking for a place I can get regular pedicures, but I’ll keep looking. First off, the prices are not the same as the ones posted on their website (website says basic pedicure is $25, but actually ended up paying $30), they charge $2 if you pay with card, and you have tip separately via venmo, zelle, and one other app I can’t recall. The lady who did my pedicure also pulled on my toe so hard the knuckle cracked and I actually winced in pain. And I had to repeat several times for a clear coat, and she only did one layer.

Response to salon's response: I want people to be aware that the prices you list on your website are not the ones you give us in person.- yes I could have left at the beginning, but for me that $5 difference was still worth giving your salon a chance. I got there before the person next to me and my “stylist“ stopped doing my pedicure to do hers… OK I guess so. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the lady to start doing my pedicure. She seems nice. I tell her what I want done it seems like a problem so I just go for nail color. She is finished before the other person whose pedicure started before mine… That doesn’t make sense to me and to top it off she doesn’t lotion or oil my feet. I got a $40 flower, tropical pedicure. I don’t remember the name. I brought it up to the cashier and nothing was done about it. I don’t expect a handout but it was just a sorry. Oh well… I would never go to this place again. Absolutely worst experience ever:

nail appointment at 12 booked three days prior. I asked for trinity, they told me she doesn’t work there. I asked multiple time if they could do a gel extension fill. They said yes. didn’t get into a chair until 1:30, got there 20 min early they stripped the entire gel I had off and tried to do un acrylic spend 5 min explaining I didn’t want acrylic or dip, I wanted a gel ext he spend 10 min finding supplies and calling someone for directions tried to do one nail before he realized he didn’t know what he was doing told me they couldn’t do my nails

I now have to pay a different place not for a fill but to get a full set ...
