There is nothing worng with there selection. They have very very many things available from old games to new ones albums to DVDs and blu ray hardware and the staff was very friendly, helpful and their knowledge was rather good. However you may ask why 2 stars if they did all that, I will tell you. This rating is 2 stars only because the rest was excellent. Their policy on errors and refunds is why it's so low. So we bought our merchandise and the price seemed higher than I thought it should be, I spoke to him he stated taxes will do that and ran my card. I asked to see my receipt as he didn't give it to me and one of the prices was wrong it was higher than marked. So I pointed it out and he opened the package and checked it then the computer then the sticker. Then said I was right so we chatted casually during this and he said he'd fix it I said great and got my card back out. He took the receipt and began alot of typing on the computer then hands me a second receipt saying he gave me an in store credit. I said but I have my card I haven't even walked away yet. He stated he did not like it but they do not, even if a card is STOLEN give money back or back onto card unless ordered by the court, per their policy. I said we do not like ve nearby and did not come by often, he said that didn't matter. I said is this on a card and he said no it's on the receipt and I felt that was not a very secure way to do that as anyone could get it and come in. It left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Don't go here! My husband and I love old video games and use to love coming here because of the large inventory but they don't test the games they buy and if they sell you a broken game they won't let you return it for cash.

We bought 4 games, a memory card and one of the games and the memory didn't work. So if we wanted to return it and buy the game somewhere else that has a working one, we can't do that due to their horrible policie.

We were also over charged on a game by 6 dollars and when we went in and showed him what he did he said he can't fix it because they can't give cash refunds and offered us a soda instead! They are litteraly stealing money and refusing to fix it!

One of the employees even told us that someone bought pokemon gale of darkness which is a $200 game and it was cracked and unfixable. It almost seemed like the employee was bragging about him being forced to spend his $200 back into the store even though they sold him a rare game they knew was broken.

The employees are also extremely unprofessional and rude. They cuss extremely loud and are obnoxious. They complained about customers asking about the return constantly to us directly while we were asking about it because we were nervous about one of the games. This place is a ripoff! They sold my son an aftermarket PS3 controller along with two PS2 games they told him would work on his PS3. His PS3 was unable to play the games and the controller did not function properly. When I attempted to exchange them, I explained the issues and was told they would not accept the games back because it had been over 24 hours but the controller was within its 90 day defective return policy. I explained the situation and mistake of their advice again and the man helping me deferred to his manager. The manager told me that she tested the controller on her “very expensive” testing equipment and it worked fine and therefore would be no refund OR exchange. I pointed out the obvious fact that the controller may have an issue with our specific PS3 model (as there are 3 different ones). Further, she told me they would not exchange OR give credit for the PS2 games whcih was THEIR mistaken advice! Now we are stuck with items we can’t use! There is an obvious reason all of the other locations in Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Owasso have closed; BAD BUSINESS!!
