Changing my review. I'm officially done with this place. I hate Walmart, but I'm forced to use them instead because at least they know how to fulfill an online, curbside pickup and ensure I don't receive MULTIPLE EXPIRED ITEMS (picture attached). Expired meat by 2 days. Expired half & half by 14 days. Add on top of that the numerous chances I've given this location to get curbside pickup correct, and I'm over it. The shoppers don't know critical thinking skills when it comes to substituting items. No individual sticks of butter available? Get the full stick version. No lime chips available from one brand? Try a different brand. There's several. Pint size isn't available? Get the quart size then. But no, just say it's not available and don't bother. Incompetence and negligence all around. Shop at your own risk.

Like the selection and friendly staff. I get thru checkout quickly. The biggest complaint I have is getting home each time and finding an expired item, sometimes 3 months expired. I get my money back no problem but do your due diligence and check for expiration dates because you will find expired products.

I dropped in here when I was back in town. It's comforting to know that the Reasor's I grew up going to is still alive and thriving. The staff were friendly and the store was very clean. They've always had a great food selection.

I'm new to Claremore, I've the big food stores here... A discount one, one that starts with W... Then Reasor's which I would describe as the best full service grocer in Claremore. Here's why.

Variety and selection, they have Asian sauces and spices and other ethnic foods I can't find at the two competitors. The associates know where the products are. Being new to a grocery store can be an epic journey into an abyss of re walking aisles. On every occasion an associate had brought me straight for my desired item. They have male cashier's. I don't think it makes a difference, but it's noticeable, maybe having a balanced staff is a plus. Having men and women in all positions is maybe an oil of success there. They offer cool paper bags, for every visit. I think the premium paper bags help encourage more eco friendly actions. I don't plan to melt alive but maybe that one paper bag will carry the next generation. A real doctors scale and free blood pressure monitor by the pharmacy is kind of cool too.

I think they went a little Midwest Oklahoma on the sushi selection but par for being in the Midwest Oklahoma area.

5 stars Reasor's, you are my new...

Edit: per the reply from the business owners I did call the main store, spoke to a Josh who implied he was the store director. Said the same thing the bakery manager did. Basically the so sad to bad response. Said he would call me back after he made a couple of calls, that was Jan 3rd, he has never called back. So I repeat

Buyer beware. Saw a post in whats going on Claremore about a cute Krampus cake from reasors. I told my son I would like it for my bday. So he got it for me, found out he was charged $160 for that 8" cake with a 5 inch dome layer, that is more than some of their 2 layer wedding cakes I have seen. Out of curiousity I asked the original poster what he was charged, his response was $50. I spoke to the bakery manager who said the pricing for custom cakes had changed.....by 110 percent. He wasn't even charged for a cake but something called banneton, a proofing basket for bread dough per google. So reasors bakery is making up prices as they go along. I know in the scheme of things my occasional reasors bakery buys don't mean a hill of beans in china but I can tell u I will not be buying from their bakery...

I watched an employee embarass a lady that was in line in front of me today. The woman appeared to be buying about $100 worth of groceries and was with her young daughter. I noticed that as the woman went to pay for her groceries which apparently had included an item from the deli, she was paying with an EBT card. As she swiped the EBT card, the cashier stopped her and LOUDLY said, “ You can’t pay for hot deli items with food stamps, ma’am!” The woman looked mortified and politely said, “Yes, I am aware and I have brought an alternative form of payment!” The young daughter then looked at her mother and said, “What are foodstamps, Mom?” The mother looked so embarrassed as people around were staring at this point due to all of the ruckus over payment and her daughters innocent curiosity. I felt so bad for this mother and child. As the mother was getting her keys out I noticed a keychain that said, “Military wife”! Really Reasor’s??? Can you not teach your employees decency and tact. Please school your employees on discretion and common respect! Sorry for ranting but it was...
