We have had a terrible first time experience with electronic express & I’m posting this review in hopes we can help others not waste their time/money with this company. We spent over 9,000$ at this establishment just to lied to repeatedly & put off. We got a fridge, dishwasher & the two in one washer and dryer. We paid 300$ to get it all delivered and installed. Had I known the absolute headache that would be we would have went with someone else. We got a deliver date before leaving after making out purchases. When the delivery team showed up they did not want to install the fridge. They asked us if our fridge was empty when they arrived and it wasn’t so we quickly emptied it while they brought in our other appliances. 3 minutes after we finished emptying it they told us they would not be bringing in our fridge because it was raining. We offered them a tarp and they still refused even though they had just brought out other appliances in while it was raining also. We asked them multiple times to please install it since we took the day off work to be there for it. We even called the person who we bought it from and they said they would call but they wouldn’t install it (even though it had stopped raining before they left) They sent us a text saying we would get a text that night by 6pm with a time for the next day so we called into work AGAIN to be there the next day and we got zero communication & nobody showed up. We then went into the location to tell them how we had had to take 2 days off work for this already and how disappointed we were that they wouldn’t just bring it in when they were there. They assured us they would get to the bottom of it and call us the next day at 12. They called and gave us another time so we got ahold of our jobs to take the day off AGAIN. They rescheduled again. So we took the day off AGAIN & they have just rescheduled us again. I can’t believe they charged us 300$ for this awful service. We also got a test saying that when they were supposed to bring it and wouldn’t they said we requested the reschedule when we absolutely did not. Also when we went in to talk to them. They would not or could not confirm where our fridge even was.
At this point they have had us lose 5 total work days as we have had to call out to be there for them and they either don’t show or reschedule. Do not waste your time with this company. They don’t care about your time or $.
On top of all of this the movers dinged up our walls & got our wall paint on our brand new appliance.
& the brand new dishwasher we just purchased doesn’t dry they dishes AT ALL. The dishes are soaking hours after the cycle. I’m sure when I reach out about that I will get the same run around we are getting now. 😒
Moral of the story don’t give your hard earned $ to businesses that do not/ will not make things right when they clearly are in the wrong.

The delivery experience was something to be desired. On 1/10/23 I called the delivery department to send a technician out. I was having issues. I was told they needed to call me back. Well I held my breath. Before I passed out. I called them back. 1/13/23. I final received an appointment time for them to come out. Here’s were it gets crazy. My cold was pipe bust in the wall of my laundry room. Now I had people come out to fix this issue and get any water up. On 1/16/23 EE technicians come out only to tell me what I had already knew. Defected product. I spoke with Tori while the technicians were at my residence. I explained my concerns with this model. I was not willing to be go through the same issues all over again with the set. The set hasn’t been two weeks old. I asked about an upgrade. She checked and has plenty in stock. I then contacted JD Parkerson the online sales manager. Letting him know that I received a lemon. He emailed me back tell me he wanted to make things right. On 1/17/23 In lieu of everything that I had been through. Pipe busting in my wall, repairs , clean up, laundromat, poor customer service and sketchy delivery personal. Then I would need to pay additional money for the upgrade. I was flabbergasted. I called the delivery department back to get the CEO Sam Yazdian or Matthew Welch contact information. Kristopher Nichols informed me that Mr. Yazdian was unavailable. Mr. Nichols advise me that he is the highest person available. I explained my situation for the hundredth time. He placed me on hold. Then he asked if he could call me back. I agreed. When I receive a call back from Mr. Nichols. I am told that the upgrade would be a charge and not a courtesy. The person for the approval denied it.This is we’re the lord come in. He was completed out of the upgrade model 7400v. That I needed to pay more for. Also out of stock on 7150w that I currently have. It’s comical to me that they sold out of 7400v in less the 12 hours, after speaking with Tori on 1/16/23. He let me know if I wanted a different brand. I would still be responsible for paying an additional fee. Or I could get a refund. Since they are out of stock on appliances in over night. Opt for a refund. The four corner method. This is how EE values their customers. This is my first time ever buying anything from this company. It’s definitely my last. I can’t speak for anyone else. When shopping for major appliances go with a big name. Especially if you paying for it in full. I wasn’t on a finance plan. Paid in full. But this is how they do business. Read moreFirst of all, the prices were good. The assistant manager at the Clarksville store, Austin, was very nice and very helpful. But the finance experience through Acceptance Now has been miserable. The women who helped us were confusing and bad at communicating. We repeatedly told them we wanted to put so much down and finance the rest. We were told we could NOT do that. They repeatedly said “we can’t split the payment.” Then at the end of the transaction when the paperwork was ready to be signed they asked us how much we wanted to put down. I don’t understand why they couldn’t understand what we wanted to do, but they didn’t. On top of it, they kept trying to send an email to me for some reason when all they had to do was put the paperwork through to a kiosk. We waited 44 minutes for an email that still hasn’t arrived a week later.
Now, they were supposed to call and schedule the delivery with us. I called because it’s 5pm and they tell me we’re scheduled for delivery between 6-9pm!! They didn’t ask if that was ok. They just put it down and never called. The guy at the store said “I doubt they’ll be there that late.” So their time frame for delivery means absolutely nothing. We will HAVE to eat take out tomorrow evening because our kitchen will be disassembled waiting for them to bring a refrigerator.
