If there was an option for zero stars I would give it to this establishment, but they can keep the one since the ring did look very beautiful. My fiancé spent over $5000 for my ring and all I’m saying is for that much then you should at least be able to stand behind your product. My fiancé and I went in a little over a month later to replace 4 diamonds that fell out the ring, not even 2 days after picking it up another diamond fell out, when we went back to return it he said we couldn’t as it was too late. He would barely let us get a word in, he kept saying diamonds don’t fall out on their own which I do get however I barely wear the ring so there is no reason the diamonds should be falling out like that, this is not the first ring I’ve worn and I’ve never had an issue with any rings from other establishments and none of them were as expensive as this one yet it’s the one giving the most issue. He said he would replace it for free this time and the next time around which to me means he knows this will be a continuous issue. We should not have to deal with this, who wants to keep spending $30 for “labor” per diamond to fix diamonds on an insured ring. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I was given a smart watch as a present that came from this store. The watch didn’t come with a charger like it was suppose to so I went to the store to see what they could do. They offered to sell me an $89 charger but refused to give me any telephone number or contact info for the company of the watch. The man also insisted that ALL of the smart watches comes with a charger, implying that I must’ve misplaced it. Which is not the case. In the meantime I purchased a charger elsewhere but now the watch isn’t functioning properly or holding a charge for more than 10 minutes. I go into the store for the second time to see if he can run a diognostic on the watch and instead of helping me, he insisted the watch works fine. WHICH AGAIN IS NOT THE CASE. The watch will charge when put on the charger but will not operate beyond that. He refused to help in any way and told me just to charge it longer.. keep in mind that I have been charging it for 3 days now and the watch still does not function properly. This is hands down one of the worst business i have ever had an experience at. When buying an engagement ring is stressful as is, a business should not add to that stress. 1st let’s start with the customer service. The woman who works there is one of the nicest and best people i have met, she cares and takes time to help customers in the decision. I can not say the same for the man who i can only assume is the manger, when i bought the ring they stated a resize is free. After bringing it back to get resized they stated it was going to be 45 dollars. which isnt outrageous but if they are going to say it’s free then back track and say it’s 45 dollars.
