I’m really upset. I bought $50.00 worth of stuff there. I was out for the day running around and I noticed when I got home (all the way on post) one of my items wasn’t in the bag. I checked the car and everything, then I remembered when I bought everything that my bag broke before I left the register. So I had to rebag everything. I kept my receipt and called the store as they said I would have to buy the item all over again even though I told them that I may have just left it at the register unbagged. There response was “No body turned anything in so you will have to buy it again, even though you have the receipt.” . I like the store and the staff is nice but I don’t like how this was handled. I asked one of the cashiers dose she always talk to her employees like that and she said yes Its a everyday occurrence. I asked for the managers name. I will definitely be letting corporate know how Barbra is treating her employees and costumers. It was very uncomfortable to shop in this store. While at the store moments ago, I watched a taller black employee display the most egregious deescalation tactics possible. I understand some customers give employees a hard time. But for an employees to flat out laugh in a customers face when they seem genuinely upset is far beyond me. I don’t know what fully happened.
