This store used to be phenomenal. Key words being "used to be". Within the last few months I have seen no good, but the bad and the ugly. There are so many vendors who have amazing things that they offer. I used to be one. However the owner takes a ridiculous high commission fee on top of a high "booth" fee. You couldn't even call them booths. I have had checks bounce, and her say that they went through on her end. She doesn't respond to any of the pressing questions I had as a vendor. Her entire thought process is always about money, not supporting local or supporting a small business as she claims. If she truly supported a small business she wouldn't be so eager to take all of their money or beg for handouts. Her unreliability, cowardness and poor me attitude will not go far once everyone sees the real her. Until then, I encourage all customers to touch base with the vendors and purchase through their site. As they will actually make money that way. Buyers beware, not because o f the vendors but because of the so called owner.
The only good thing there lately is the bakery. So please...
Read moreMy wife has been following this establishment for over a year. We moved up here from Tampa, FL. When you walk into the storefront you are joyfully greeted by the owner. This place now has 70 vendors in the building. You can choose from a multitude of handmade and crafty goods, to include coffee and honey. They have a space for guided "how to" parties. They also have craft shows every month where many other vendors set up their tents and wares in the parking lot. They do take applications for additional vendors as well. My wife was selected to have a booth. It feels great to be a part of the Clarksville craft scene. If you are nearby stop on in and support your local crafter and home grown businesses.
It has gone through an ownership change and some updates to look and functionality. They will have a cafe open within the next week or so, with Chicago style dogs, Boba Tea, and more. They will also be offering beer by the fall time frame. They have a little something for everyone and I myself will be a local hangout at their Cafe. It is...
Read moreI went in to ask for a refund on an event I could not attend due to having a sick child. I even tried to message them on the day of the event and received nothing back. The employee was very rude and belittling while explaining their refund policy. I then asked if they could do anything to remedy the issue and she stood up from her chair and started to yell that they spend too much time on their events just like Disney world and universal so just like that they cannot help. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible costumer service, and the store looks run down and it doesnât have a...
