What I ordered is not what I received. When I ordered I was told it would take 10-15 mins before the food was ready for pick up. However the food was not ready until 33 minutes after. The place was not busy so the delay did not make sense. This is not my first time ordering from this place. This will however be my last time. When I arrived home and I checked the food I was appalled. There was grease everywhere. I did not receive a spring roll nor a sushi salmon roll as advertised. I called in order to speak with some to resolve what I thought was a mistake but none of my calls when through. I called the next door restaurant in order to verify if the restaurant was still open. The restaurant politely confirmed the restaurant was open. I drove back to the restaurant. When I arrived, I told the cashier I wanted a refund because I did not receive the food I ordered and everything was a mess. I was calm during all of this I was met with hostility and rudeness. I was told every restaurant is different. I explained to the woman I understand this and the food did not match the description on the menu nor did the food I ordered match the photos accompanying the menu. I again had to insist on a refund. I was told to call the cops if I want or to just leave. I was told, “I don’t care I just work here. We will block your number and you won’t be able to order here again if we give you a refund.” I replied I was fine with this just refund me the difference I am owed and I will never order from here again. I was treated rudely and sold food you would feed your dog. Why would I want to ever do business with a place like this again, especially knowing how hard I work for my “little coins” as the woman called it. When I finally received a refund, I didn’t not receive the complete amount of 39.19(I did the math with the cashier). I only received 30.25. I peacefully protested with the cashier again and she again refused to cooperate. I told the cashier I was leaving a review and she said she did not care and if it was that serious to call the cops. Mind you she was yelling. I told her to lower her tone because I was not yelling at her nor was I being rude to her and I expected the same professional courtesy I was extending. The cashier insisted she did the math correctly even after I showed her it was incorrect on my calculator. I decided to leave because I was not going to stand there and be yelled at when I was already inconvenienced, mistreated and robbed. This was my experience maybe yours will be different. FYI, the cashier said they don’t sell sushi but didn’t say that on the phone when I ordered and the menu also reflects they sell sushi. That’s what the salmon roll with rice noodles was supposed to be.

Spring roll: I was quiet surprised by the texture of the spring roll. It was chewy on the outside and crunchy inside. The combination of lettuce and cucumber made it crunchy while giving a fresh taste. Sauce was watery but still had balanced flavor. Shrimp was overdone and had rubber-texture. Combination pho: I’d say it’s good if you’re really hungry because the amount of noodles in the bowl will make you full. Little disappointed by quantity of meat, despite the large combination pho. I counted maybe 5 piece of meat that were pinky finger sized or smaller, and 1 meatball sliced into two that had a foul scent (undercooked/expired— took off 2 stars because of this). Broth was not that great compared to other pho places. I’d have given a higher star but because of the foul smell from the meatball (made me spit it out), and lack of flavor from the broth— I give 3 stars.

Awesome and delicious as always. A nice Gem in Clarksville. No matter the weather. A bowl of Pho is perfect to enjoy. Edit. One year later and wow... what a difference one year makes. We sat and waited for our server. She comes over and ask what drinks we would like. The kids were easy and I couldn't decide so i ordered two dishes. Just so I didn't prolong the ordering process. One part of the food comes out. 20 minutes later... other tables who were seated after were served. As we still waited. 15 more minutes the chicken and rice came out. The rice was over cooked and gummy. Upon telling the server she immediately got offended. I asked for to go containers and the check. She had a sour attitude since. Barely any meat was in my bowl. I just can't. It is what it is. Time to try other Pho restaurants. Hopefully the experience is better.

Without a doubt, the priciest bowl of Pho I've ever had, but the old adage "You get what you pay for" is rarely more true.

The x-large bowl of the house pho was chocked full of tender meats and was very decent. Definitely a hearty meal, meat down the last bite and then some. The rare beef (ordered on the side as raw) had at least 8 or 10 slices of fine grade top round, I was surprised at how much they included. No skimping on the tendon either! Could have used a little more tripe, but definitely was in there. Meatballs lacked tendon and were fine otherwise.

They used ultra thin, like 1 or 2mm noodles, which is common. Personally, I like a little more width to my Pho noodles, 5-7mm, like a shoelace.

The menu listed additional Pho toppers, for extra cost, with quite a variety, to be added to any base style you choose.. I was a little anxious to see if they'd charge for the extra lime wedges that I requested. I needed 3-4 wedges, and they brought them out at no extra charge (as they should.)

The rest of the menu had a bit more variety than a typical Pho shop. They had a variety of Bun (Thit Nuong) with the typical options, except Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (altho they do serve Cha Gio as an appetizer, so if you're insistent, I'm sure they can make it happen.) Classic Bahn Mi sandwiches, rice dishes, etc. Excellent variety of the most common Vietnamese dishes.

A few of the dishes were touted as vegan and/or gluten free, appealing to the healthy crowds. The wife ordered a mixed vegetable medley over rice. Great flavor, but the veges were undercooked for her taste. They were more flash fried and still had a lot of crisp to them. Many will like it this way, but if you have dentures or bad teeth, order it soft or extra cooked.

Overall, Pho King is the closest I've had compared when my mom or I prepare Pho at home, at least in terms of quality meats and no skimping. We often joke that in order to be profitable at selling a bowl of our home made, we'd have to charge $15 a bowl since we LOAD the meat in there. Pho King comes in under $15 for the xlarge bowl of house/everything pho (dac biet xe lua), but at $13, its pretty close to what they have to charge considering the quality of the ingredients. Worth...

I just moved to the area and wanted to visit this restaurant due to the awesome reviews about their food. I visited this location on 2-11-23 around noon. When I first entered the restaurant, there was a sign indicating, "Please wait to be seated". Ok....waiting. I'm looking around the place waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence as a customer and seat me; that never happened! I then had to ask a lady who was also waiting by the door if she worked there and she politely said, "No" and then proceeded to say, "I think you can just seat yourself"? So, that's what I did. I then proceeded to seat myself and noticed out of the entire restaurant there were only four tables occupied with customers eating. The rest of the restaurant was empty! I watched a young lady pass me several times; she walked to the front of the store to give the lady her to-go order...no acknowledgement and passed right back by my table again...no acknowledgement. She then went back over to the other tables to help assist those people again...still no acknowledgement. She then walked over to an empty table that was dirty & started cleaning it; still no acknowledgement! After looking bewildered, I said excuse me; "Well, what do you know.... "she finally acknowledged that there is a black person in the building"! She then tells me; "Someone will be with me in just a moment". That never happened. Needless, to say after being passed by several times prior without an ounce of acknowledgement; I was over it! She never once came to my table to ask me; "If she could start my order or provide me a beverage"? I politely got up & walked out. I guess cleaning those dirty tables was...
