Sent my wife to pick up 3 prescriptions as I am sick. I received 3 text messages saying they were ready. They only filled one and didnāt say anything about the other two to her. When she got home I called and they told me they held them because it was 26$ more then the insurance would cover⦠why not just call or tell my wife that and we would pay the 26$ Then she went on about how theyāre busy and canāt fill the rest right now because they close in 45 mins, (idk how they had the time to fill one and not the other 2, there prepackaged medications just needs a sticker slapped on there) she continued to tell me Iāll have to Waite till tomorrow to get the other 2 as there is a huge line at the counter. So I drove up there anyways to try to get them and they closed early⦠no line, no people with 10 minutes left. Not much I can do about it besides let people know if youāre looking for a pharmacy that has your best interest, this isnāt the one. She straight up lied to me. Probably because she just wanted to go home. So Iāll be back tomorrow to try and get my meds that were called in at noon...

ALWAYS 5 āļøs. The other one is as RUDE as can be. 𫤠if Cvs wants to continue to employ her they needs to: Give a raise To anyone having to work With her stick her somewhere in the back with no customer interaction. (She donāt want it and we donāt need it) Give a discount or gift card to any Customers who have to interact with her (because why should we have to suffer from cvs poor hiring decisions).

Based on the Google reviews I clearly can see we all having the same negative customer experiences with the others at this pharmacy. Question is whatās cvs gonna do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't believe this pharmacy location is considered a pharmacy owned by CVS. What a bunch of rude people. I wish we had never changed to this location because it was close to where we moved. I love the pharmacy at 4000 East Bay and will definitely be going back there for my prescriptions. This location has about one person that is friendly and helpful. The rest of the employees there need some real customer service training.. even the pharmacist. Shameful, they made me so angry the way they acted on the phone to me they made me say something i would have never said before... š¤¬. Smartass tech patronized me when i question them about something... š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬. Go to another CVS location if you want to be treated like someone cares about you and your health and issues. Don't waste your time here. Maybe they should get the prize for being the worst CVS pharmacy...
