Everyone was extremely helpful and kind an caring. All but one girl that wouldn't make my bed and the manager that never addressed my concerns or took time to ask me about my issues. My surgeon Dr.Rosen and his staff are the best ever. The nurses I remember are Joanne who was the best nurse in the world and Janan who was very good also. Becky in house keeping is wonderful and keeps a tight ship. All the help was wonderful. This would definitely be a 5 star review if the manager cared enough to talk to me about my concerns. I had a transplant at Cleveland clinic. They give me a second chance of life when all the other hospitals I'd give up on me. The staff are amazing everything that they do is for your benefit. They're friendly, they're understanding, and very knowledgeable. I did have one hiccup while I was there with things that came up missing but I think that it was just lost in administrative services that it wasn't really stolen it's just lost down there. Cleveland clinic is an exceptional hospital! We wouldn't choose any other place for the medical needs of our family and we live 2.5 hours away. The campus is beautiful, the hotels in the area are just a block or 2 away allowing you to safely walk to and from, are nice and offer great rates to patient families. The best food from Aladdin's, Panera, Starbucks, subway are on site. We have always been treated with the best care and nursing staff are hardworking and compassionate, especially on floor 10!!!
