Park Lane Villa — Attraction in Cleveland

Pro: Great location. Friendly front desk. Mark is the best front desk clerk I have ever met. He took care my dog when I was on vacation and be extremely nice to me everytime I come back. They laid off Mark couple months ago tho. But the most of the front desk clerks are great people as well.

Con: The leasing office lady Guzel is extremely rude and frustrated after you sign your lease or you are about to move out. Her office phone is always busy and she only replied me once via email for my security deposit after I move out! I attached screenshots for our chatting history for both text and email for proof. I have to call the front desk and ask them to transfer my call to her. Guess what, she is always available when the front desk transfer the incoming call but she never picks her office phone. When I decide to move out, she told me my security deposit will be sent by mail to my new address within 45 days, I didn't receive it until nearly 2 months later and she didn't give me any updates about it except one time she replied my email said she will get back to me as soon as she receive invoice. But she didn't send me anything after that email and I have to call the front desk clerk to transfer my call in order to speak to her about it. During the call, she said she will send the invoice to me later that day. She didn't send me anything either this time. And I followed up with an email couple days later and she didn't reply. 100% Additionally, when I talked to her, she always interrupts me when I was still talking and started to yell at me about how many efforts she made for me to move out. I mean, THAT IS YOUR JOB AND YOU HAVE LIABILITY TO HELP EACH RESIDENT. She is mean, unprofessional and she is a LIAR. Don't get deceived by her fake smile when she gave your a tour for the building and tried to push you to sign...

I lived in this apartment complex for 5 years with my wife and later newborn son and this apartment complex had the best staff / management I have ever had. The front office with Donnell and Cynthia were incredible to work with and answered all my questions promptly over the years. The concierge service was great and they were always nice to talk to and delivered packages right outside our door. When we were out of town, Desiree watched and played with our cat (free of charge). And the maintenance people, Karl and Rich, were incredibly fast at fixing any issues (always within one business day in our experience). Loved living here! I just moved out of state but happily lived at this complex for two years prior to that. It is a quiet building with staff who are very friendly and deeply care. For the minimal maintenance issues I had, they responded to the online requests often within hours. My husband and I had a baby during our time there and people at the office shared in our excitement and were ready to help us with easily coordinating a furnished apartment for my parents to stay at for a while. Finally, I really enjoyed being in easy walking distance to work at hospital and not have to deal the parking hassle there. Never had any safety concerns at the complex and felt safe walking to work...
