PLEASE, PLEASE do not go to this dealership. If you need a Honda I employ you to go to Honda Of Paramus. They are exceptional and I’m going to tell you why. I purchased a Honda from this dealership and I will tell you that once you sign that paperwork you are a done deal. Not a soul tries to help you if something goes wrong with your car. I have been trying to get assistance for months because there was something wrong with the Apple car play system. It continued to disconnect and as I was driving to my dying patients I would get lost, have to stop, shut the car off and pray that it helps. Most often I’m trying for over 15 min to get back on the road. Now, when you have a patient who is dying or is already passed away times of the essence, and my car was fighting against me. I feel as though all they care about is money and if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or need further assistance, they want nothing to do with you. Their job is done..they made a sale!! They have checked my car and have noted nothing is wrong however I continue to get stuck on the road. So I was on the verge of a lemon lawsuit against them because they just would not help me and I had a car that wasn’t functioning so I decide to try my luck at Paramus Honda and they were incredible. I told them what was going wrong with my car and with no questions asked they helped me. They saw how hard I fought to get Clifton Honda to assist me and not only did they not help me, but they were nasty about everything. Kind of promise was very understanding. They said that was unacceptable and they were willing to do whatever they could help me. The manager got me out of my lease and they got me into a working vehicle something that Garden State Honda at Clifton wanted nothing to do with and they gave me such a problem when it was such an easy fix as far as customer service goes. I can’t believe how quickly that Golden State in Paramus helped me. And now I’m planning on doing is filing a civil lawsuit against Garden State Honda for the extra money that I had to put towards a new car because they refused to acknowledge us. Something was wrong with it and refused to resolve the issue for me so that I could drive safely on the road. So once again, I recommend to anybody who would like to purchase a Honda, to please go to Honda of Paramus. DO NOT go to Clifton.
