This is a brand new hotel that recently opened. By far this is the ideal hotel room with each featuring an ultra modern kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, utensils, sink, microwave, and full size refrigerator. A separate sitting area with pull out sofa sleeps an addition two guests. Plenty of shelves and drawers for storage. Home2 Suites is a brand by Hilton aimed at people, especially workers, who need an extended stay for a really good price. Only catch is housekeeping will only service your room on the 5th day of your stay. In my case I was just there for 2 nights so I didn’t mind not having my room made up. The price when I booked through hotels dot com was only $101 per night. I wish Hilton would get with the times and offer full speed WiFi for free like other chains. Only the standard snail speed WiFi is free and good for checking email - not streaming. TVs allow for streaming of YouTube and Netflix and you can cast from your phone as well (YouTube). Just be sure to sign out of your Netflix before checking out. The hotel features morning breakfast and coffee throughout day in the lobby. An out door pool with a few chairs makes great for the hot summer. Near the lobby is the exercise room and pantry to purchase snacks and beverages. I believe there is also a business center section although I didn’t need it. Out front of the hotel there are several padded lounge chairs where guests relax for fresh air. It really is like a second home if you’re there on an extended stay. I travel frequently staying in hotels. I’m a Gold member of Hotels dot com since 2015 and a Platinum member of Best Western. My only issue I had since I booked with Hotels dot com is that my one-bedroom suite I paid a little extra for wasn’t available as the current guests extended their stay. This meant I was placed in the standard 2 Queen room and I had to call customer service on my own to get an adjustment refunded. I was really hoping to do a YouTube video for the suite but if I ever return and it’s actually available (there’s only 7) I will record and upload. Deposit hold was only $20 however I also booked a separate room for a friend so they increased the deposit for the second room to $40 - total $60. I’ve upload several pics of the 2 Queen room.

The heater didn't work. AC worked but no heater. Desk worker looked at it but nothing to be done. Fortunately we didn't need it badly. The breakfast is sad. All dairy packed carbs. The only hot item is waffles. Then it's yogurt, bagels, and boiled eggs. No meat. Not even cold cereal or oatmeal. I ended up buying breakfast items at the nearest grocery store. Pool was closed indefinitely for "maintenance". I'm guessing they just don't want the hassle of enforcing social distancing protocols on it. TV internet streaming connection went down so we were stuck with local cable channels for a movie. Bathroom vent fan doesn't have manual control and was barely moving, not keeping up with shower steam generation even for a few minutes. Paint and wallpaper will probably be peeling within a year. Blanket for the sofa sleeper had a large hole in it. Background noise levels are generally high. I took a spectrum analyzer photo around 5:00 AM. Just a lot of things humming at different frequencies. They charged me $40 for incidentals which I'm fairly certain they didn't return although we never used it purchased anything. On the pro side. Room was fairly large (we ended up in an ADA room), accommodated our family of 6. Facility is either newer or recently remodeled si everything is still reasonably clean. Staff was all friendly. College age kids. We'd stay again if it were the only option in the area, but probably only then.

Arrived 1 day early and the clerk said they couldn't find my reservation after giving my name and phone number; then said I had to go to the email to find the reservation number. Magically she found it it was in the system and I just told her to add another night on. Felt like I was being pushed away cause she claimed not to see my reservation. TV in the room wasn't working with the cable box connected; I had to manually push the TV button then use the remote to turn on the cable box each time. Called for service and the 2 staff mentioned this was an issue in this room, should have been fixed before my stay. The breakfast closes by 9am, please someone at corporate increase that to 10am as I shop for accommodations based on how long food is served for and would gladly switch to a competitor if I looked for one that stayed available until 10am. Food was decent; the egg and protein/meat based options; nobody really makes waffles; might as well drop that option Price: $570.16 for a 3 night stay = $190 per night

This hotel kind a new. Staff are nice. The lobby is clean and have modern decor. Love the spacious room with kitchenette and large Ref. The breakfast is fine nothing special. I want to give a 5 star but I asked for extra pillow for 4 times. For some reason we have trouble looking for the lights in the bathroom sink so one of the staff have to come up and show us. Even him took few min to make it work. Then we hop in the bed at night and bed was uncomfortable some cheap bed. I was thinking It was a nice hotel expecting bed to be comfortable. And the aircon doesn't stay on cool after 15 to 30 min the heater kicks in. I keep on getting up to adjust the temp Such a hassle. I didnt sleep that much since my back start to hurt. So the next morning. I have noticed that only one elevator works. And sure starts to stink because the janitor also uses to transport the trash and I saw dirty finger prints on the push buttons. Thats why I only gave a 2 star.

Tina and Aleyia at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. My partner is a flight attendant and stays at different hotels all over the mid west & west coast. I occasionally will fly out to spend the night with him in whichever state he’s in, and out of every hotel we’ve stayed at, this has been the best experience. We arrived really late. Usually when we get to a hotel close to midnight, the hotel employees are the opposite of enthusiastic, but both women were so happy and positive and informative. They had a bag ready for my partner with a water and snacks & offered me one too. Most hotels don’t give anything to the airline employees, so that in and of itself was a nice touch. The room is very spacious with a full size fridge, dishwasher, big microwave, desk area, pull out couch, and a nice big bed & tv. The water pressure is great too ! I highly recommend staying here if you are considering it !
