Visited this location while attending a conference in Clovis. Told my friends that we should go here for an awesome burger. I was right about the burger, but really wrong on the service provided here and cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole. It was slightly crowded when we arrived, but nothing too bad. We decided to sit in the bar area as there was a table available there for 4. The waiter was at first very attentive, then as it filled up that changed. We were lucky we could get her back to the table to fill up drinks or ask if we needed anything else once the food was brought out. She did not even bring our food, someone else did. Had to ask an adjoining table for a knife, because we did not get any. Had to finally flag someone down for more fries and a drink fill up after a wait. Overall was not impressed with the service from the wait staff or front host station, There was plenty of people at the host station, and all as they can do is stand around and chat . If I were management, there are plenty of other jobs they could have been doing to help wait staff out. There was dust an inch think in area's that clearly should have been wiped down behind booths and on the lights above the table, all this was visible from where I was sitting.The restrooms were also not very clean, with stuff on the walls and doors of the stall. I am a cleanliness freak when it comes to restaurants. Overall the food was good, but the beers coming from draft tasted flat, and was not just one kind.

This was a good place to go for burgers and drinks but it quickly turned into a joke. The last experience my husband and I had at this Red Robin, it was my birthday and my husband had let our server know that right away. We put our drink orders in first then of course our order but 25 minutes past when we realized we hadn't received our drinks or food. So we're just thinking ok that's fine why don't we see about our drinks, but our waitress was nowhere to be found. Then when we did see our waitress she was too busy socializing with customers who also happened to be her friends. 45 minutes later when we finally did get our food and drinks, the burgers were soggy and cold, and the drinks looked and tasted like they were made a while ago and had settled and melted. We sent back our burgers but when our new ones came out they were over cooked and cold and the toppings that were supposed to be on the burgers were almost non existent. On top of that the bottomless garlic fries were so gross and soggy it wasn't worth another 5 fries... We wanted to see if there was any dessert or drinks we would want the waitress was still no were to be found, but when she appeared she went to the customers who were her friends and starting taking pictures with them. We were in awh that we couldn't even flag her down but she's over there taking pictures with other customers just because they were friends. Basically don't come here if your looking for good...
