Today I was at this star bucks looking to buy merchandise, only to be approached by the employee to tell me the lobby was closed and they were not serving anybody else, (in a Ill manner.) I had to let them know I was just looking if that was okay I wasn't planning on purchasing anything at the time, I was only there to look for something from a cupple months ago. On my way out the door I decided to call the store and talk with the person answering the phone to let them know I didn't know if they were the manager but I wanted them, to know I wasn't having a great day and let them be aware of the situation. They informed me the employees was under pressure and the lobby was closed and everyone was showing up at 12:01 p.m. in the afternoon. She was literally working drive through as I walked out the door. I was so embarrassed, I wanted to cry. I never been treated like that I say I don't drink alot of coffee but I spend alot of money there on my daughter. This was a huge eye opening experience to say never the least. It's Starbucks, just as the company would wish it to be. I'm just not into their poor choices in food. Their blueberry scones have never been the same IF they even have them anymore (I enjoyed the big round ones circa 2003). Their new offerings the past 10 years are such an after thought, bland, and way too expensive for what it is.
Service is simple yet enjoyable. Coffee is exactly the same since the first time I ever tried it. Love the flavor of their cold brew and some of their other espresso drinks are the same as their customer service... simple,...

So you’re telling me I can’t drink the drink I paid for because I have to wait to come back to your Starbucks location for you to make it right and waste an extra 20 minutes I don’t have because you couldn’t get my drink right?
