I bought a ring from there they said when I bought it that it was guaranteed for life. A diamond fell out three weeks later we took it in spoke with Adam the manager he said that he would fix my Ring never once said that we had to pay for it to be fixed. We did ask if we could exchange Ring before you sent it off to be fixed. He said they don’t do exchanges or refunds not anywhere in the jewelry store. Was there any kind of sign saying there was no refund or exchanges, I picked up my ring and the manager was not there with another gentleman. was there when I got my ring. I noticed the center stone was not the same stone I had in it when I dropped it off. I feel that they exchange it for a lower quality of diamond. He’s told us we had to pay the hundred dollars to get my ring. We asked him to call Adam the manager. He said he did and Adam told him not to contact him again that night for us to come in when he’s there, we went in when Adam was there talk to him they lied to us about the price of the ring With the ring was valued at and did not help us whatsoever to get us to be satisfied. I would not shop here ever. I don’t recommend this...

I came here to purchase a ring for my girlfriend. They were very professional upfront and I left the store satisfied with a ring in hand. I was told refunds, exchanges, and free ring resizes were available. When I tried to return the ring they claimed to have a no refund policy. On top of that they previously claimed to do free resizes however this also was false (only on certain rings and within 2 sizes). So I exchanged the ring for a model and size that suited my needs. I was told this resize would be completed within 3 days. On the third day I called and the ring was not complete. This continued day after day for a week since I was told "it will come tomorrow" every day. Finally, I received a call to pick up the ring. That night my girlfriend realized the ring bent very easily (signs of a bad resize). A few days later a gem fell off the ring.

These people lied to me, wasted my time, and my money. I tried contacting the owner of the store but the number Sierra vista mall had on file for him was disconnected. Do not waste...

I wish I could give this a no star bought a ring and within 24 hours one of the Diamonds fell out. Brought it back. They replaced the Dimond Ann did such a terrible job that the ring literally started cutting my hand due to making one of the prongs so lifted that it became sharp. Brought it back and asked if I could exchange it. They said yes with a fee, exchange the ring for a beautiful rino. Within a month one of the diamonds fell out. Brought it back. They replaced it within three months. Another diamond fell out. One of the prongs bent back like it was made of tinfoil. My wedding ring is now sitting in my jewelry box and I had to buy a fake ring that’s holding up 1 million times better than any ring that I purchased at the store. Do yourself a favor and go...
